Regatta - St Petersburg next week

HELP! our longtime friend and travel companion suffered a heart attack last night, 5 days before boarding in Stockholm. Thank goodness they had travel insurance. But leaves us with room for two or more on the tour we booked in St Petersburg. Is anyone interested in joining us? Thank you for kind thoughts. Yes, recovery seems on the way. Amazing! someone you'd never dream could be "struck down" like that. Just a blessing it happened at home instead of en route!
