Getting Travel Docs in transit

If I recall correctly, Seabourn usually sends out its travel docs to one's TA some two weeks or so before the sailing date. In our case, this won't work as we will be travelling and unavailable for a full three weeks prior to the sailing date (going straight to the port without returning home a full continent away). What have others done in this situation? Would Seabourn hold the travel docs at the ship for us?

You could ask for the important bits to be emailed to you, but that is assuming you will have Internet access in the 3 weeks you are away from home. Our friend did this and it worked well. he did not get the luggage labels or wallet but he was able to live without them:D.
