Florence On Your Own Schedule

We are in Florence on 9/9 doing the RCI "Taste of Florence" tour. After a brief tour of piazzas, they turn you loose for 3 hours of on your own time.

 

We'd like to get Uffizi tickets ahead of time - can anyone that has taken this (or similar) tours provide a rough timeline, so we can estimate when we'll be on our own?
