Tobago - Pigeon Point on your own

Has anyone been here recently on your own? Do you know of any transportation you can arrange ahead of time, and what is the cost? We don't want to take a tour. I think I read that you can take the glass bottom boat from Pigeon Point out to Bucco Reef and Nylon Pool. How much was the cost?
