Haven't stayed there, but have been there several times. Great location right in the heart of Old Town. There's a neat restaurant called the Panorama on the top floor. It's an outdoor terrace with a great view that overlooks Old Town and the bay. It's reasonably priced, very good, and very romantic. First time we went there for a drink, and second time for dinner.

Impressions after my stay a few years back:

*Very Clean room (almost hospital sanitized)

*Reasonably priced

*Centrally located in OSJ

*Can't walk to the pier - any pier

*Had a 2-night minimum stay

*Staff not all that friendly, yet courteous

*Nice rooftop restaurant for lunch, however, can do much better elsewhere for dinner

*Free continental breakfast daily

It is in a great location. We walked everywhere. It was reasonably priced. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms where nice & clean, but don't expect anything special. We heard about the restaurant upstairs, but we never got around to eating there. There were just so many recomendations for other great restaurants within walking distance. And you can walk to the OSJ Piers, but not the Pan Am pier.
