Anyone else have this problem...can just bring on some flowers as a carry on and ask the room steward for a vase? The sailing is in 53 days..am I too late to order stuff from gifts online? I just got the same message, I don't think they will allow to bring flowers on but not certain. Tried for my December sailing (which I've already ordered floral for), and it says No for any new addition. But they had no trouble taking a wine order Compared to Princess and RCCL, Carnivals website functionality in regards to advance check-in, checking on current bookings, ordering "extras" is horrendous.
