How far in advance can you reserve a cruise? I went into one web site to search for a Alaskan cruise in June of 2006. Nothing came up. Nothing came up for April either. Am I too early?

I usually book about 6 months out for any vacation, but my Alaskan cruise was booked about 10 months out.

It's usually 18 months (or 16), try it next month and something will hopefully show up.... We are still waiting for pricing on a group cruise for October 2006, hoping pricing will be out sometime within the next several months... but likely it will be Spring...

I'm having the same problem. I called Carnival and the rep told me they would be posting late spring and early summer 2006 very soon.

With new ships constantly coming "online" and older ones being sold to other lines or moved to different ports and itineraries its hard to plan which ship, which itinerary, which ports more than 18 months in advance.

That's what worries me. I want sail Miracle out of Tampa cuz I live in Tampa and I hope they keep her here a while, at least until April 2006,

Im interested in seeing a Panama Canal cruise. Since they did two this past Sept, hopefully they will schedule another one in 2006 or 07.
