Cancellation Insurance on Celebrity

Any experiences with this? We've sailed HAL and found their last minute cancellation policy easy to use. This would be our first Celebrity cruise (Mercury, December 12), and my sis-in-law may have a respiratory issue. She had to cancel one HAL cruise--no problem with the insurance.

Information, please.

Considering there is a pre existing condition, I would only purchase private insurance that covers that issue. Go to insuremytrip.com for a variety of choices and coverages. Know that many require the insur be purchased within 14 days or so of booking the cruise. No need to waste money on cancellation insurance if "the reason for cancelling isn't covered. Insuance companies have exclusions galore. You could also have her buy "cancel for any reason" coverage. But that is expensive.
