Children --pinnacle grill hal

I have determined that kids can eat for a reduced price at the Pinnacle Grill on HAL cruises. But..do they have to choose meals from the regular kids menu which is available in the dining room or can they choose items from the Pinnacle Grill menu? I have asked this on the HAL board and recieved conflicting info so I am hoping someone here knows from experience.

Thanks

Marcia

I didn't know children paid a reduced price at the PG. We brought our daughter unexpectedly, she got the regular kid's menu from the dining room, but didn't eat anything, as she'd already had dinner. We were not charged anything for her.

Sorry, I have no idea if children will be given the actual adult's menu. Did you call HAL and ask? I know sometimes the customer service reps have no idea what the correct answer is to a lot of these questions.
