Eurodam Cabins Below Crows Nest - Question

There are 4 cabins facing the bow just below the Crows Nest. Does anyone know if there is a downside to these - noisy (from crows nest)? size? feeling ship motion (because so high)?. Thanks for any help.

On the Zaandam, family members had a bow facing cabin. Their cabin was actually further away from the Crow's Nest and they complained that the music at night kept them awake (fyi: they weren't "old", they were 27 and 30). Also, the black out shade HAD to be fully closed at night due to the proximity of the Bridge. I would expect the same requirement on the E'dam.

On the E-dam I wouldn't expect any noise from the Crow's Nest, as that isn't an evening entertainment venue. There was a piano player, who played soft, background music only; it ended at 11:00.

It could get bumpy in rough seas.

Thanks for the input - we're going to play it safe with cabins nearer the center/waterline.

On our recent Eurodam cruise I heard it said that one person was complaining they could play the trivia game in their cabin without bothering to go up to the Crow's Nest to do so.
