In Ensenada Tue. Sept. 1, tour ideas (diving/snorkeling, ATV, wine/blow hole tour?)

Hi.

 

We are on Carnival Splendor sailing out of Long Beach Aug. 30. At time of boarding we found out the ship is not going to PV or Mazantlan, but is going to Catalina island and Ensenada.

 

In Ensenada, is there scuba diving/snorkeling? The ship's excursions has winery tour and blow hole tour, or even ATV. How easy/reliable/safe is it to do that with private tours/taxis when we get there?

 

Anyone know if the scuba diving or snorkeling there is good, and any recommended shops. I have all my diving gears, and my 4 relatives have their own snorkeling gears.
