Last week my wife and I booked a Galapagos cruise in 2024 and when I try to access the reservation it states “the reservation number you entered is locked.” Can anyone tell me why it is locked? Thank you.

I went onto the Princess app to purchase WiFi for my 3/5/23 cruise. When I select Medallion Net it states “No Plans Available To Purchase.” How far in advance of the cruise does Princess allow passengers to a WiFi packages? Thanks for the help.

My wife and I were double charged for the Lobster Shack on Half Moon Cay and we tried to get the error corrected onboard the Volendam. The front desk representative advised me that should made a note on our account and a credit would be posted to our Visa once this double charge was reviewed. We are now 15 days post cruise with no credit issued to our Visa card and I want to submit our documentation to Holland America HQ via email to resolve this issue. Does anyone have an email address where I could submit our receipt and onboard statement to Holland America? Thank you.

You should not have an issue since the insurance exclusion only applies to “residents” of New York.

I received my boarding times this morning for a cruise on 11/19. Was curious is Holland America is strict with the boarding times or can we get on board earlier than 1:20 PM?

My wife and I have cruise nineteen times with Princess and are taking our first Holland America cruise to the Amazon River next month. I hope Holland America waives their Covid testing requirements before we depart Fort Lauderdale on November 19th.

Princess Cruises is dropping the COVID19 testing requirement effective October 21st. I have to assume we will be hearing similar news from Holland America soon.
