  1. Agree with the earlier poster. Not worth your time and energy to walk when taxis are plentiful.
  2. Good information. Is there anything in walking distance of the port?
  3. Is there any Channukah programming on Viking Ocean?
  4. We used BOGO to Europe twice. Good news is that we really saved half and we made the cruise. First time we had decent routing. This summer we had Baltimore - Chicago - Munich (missed the connection) - Venice. Home was Venice - Philadelphia - Charlotte - Baltimore.
  5. I am thinking the same thing as some other posters. Take a taxi to the hotel and even if your room isn't ready, they will hold your luggage. Then you can do Runnerbean or take a taxi to one of the other sites (Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Gaudi houses).
  6. Agree, we arrived early and they took our bags and let us wander the ship or go out for the day.
  7. In Dubrovnik, just walk the wall (35 E) and then take in the scenery. If you get to the harbor, not a long walk there are plenty of vendors selling things to do. In Split, the NCL tour that includes Trogir is very nice.
  8. However, we were told that once we check in could not leave. Remember, just check your bags.
  9. Only three ports overlap but here is a video from our cruise this summer
  10. I would do the train, although I was happy with the choice to take the bus in one direction as you can see things you do not see on the train.
