  1. Does anyone know if this also impacts the Cruise the Vineyard packages? I was under the impression you could get those in the main dining room or at the fun shops for your cabin.
  2. Greetings! I've never been on the Carnival Elation, but I have been on the Sunshine and the Magic. I really liked them both. The sunshine is showing some wear and tear in Charleston, but I still really enjoyed traveling on her. I understand the elation is an older ship, but I've had difficulty finding what activities are available once on board. We are thinking of bringing my 19 year old stepdaughter with us in January. We are all fairly easy to please and pretty boring, but I'm honestly just trying to get a feel for what is available. Trivia? Comedy shows? Art auctions? Tea time? Are there dive in movies? Do they play movies anywhere? Game shows - do they still do the Hasbro game show or love and marriage? Are there hidden decks or just really quiet areas that you can find onboard away from the ruckus of the lido (we are NOT lido deck people or nightclub people) I think she'd love RC more, but we don't want to drive that far and we don't want to pay that much. I just can't get a feel for what the experience is like on Elation other than it being a smaller ship. Any info would be greatly appreciated. We're all looking at sharing an oceanview room so we definitely need tips or ideas of places that are quiet onboard that we can chill, read, and not be right on top of each other in a cabin.
