Ive try to book that deal but the price are not the same for north américain ...
-
With my past guest discount:
Oct 4.2015 was listed at $786 for 11 days.
Oct 15.2015 was listed at $756 for 10 days.
But I was slow booking because of personal matters
Presently showing $878 and $838, I booked both legs, I now have a 21 day solo cruise for just over $2100 USD. If I had booked when it first showed up I would had the same cruise for less than $1900 USD for the same 21 days.
Can you share the company and ship?

Both restaurant are in same location .
The pasta dish are amasing ( if you like real italien )
The steak house whas a disapoment for me and my wife .
As for reservation just on frist night cruise go to restaurant book table for sick with one cabin and divide the Check at the end . Or if your are in the yatch club just ask the concierge to do the booking for you!

Ristoman, thank you for the tips. We have a week in Fort Lauderdale when we leave the divina so wanted to leave room and have a leisurely breakfast before collecting a hire car.
Only 8 weeks until we get the train to gatwick , plane to Tampa, plane to Miami, taxi to boat it's planes trains and automobiles for us in august :-)
Sent from my iPad using Forums
My pleasure
Lucky you I wish I couldn't go back on vacation in the yatch club tomorrow lol

MSC states that all passengers need to vacate their stateroom by 7:00am, but you can disembark the ship later than that. We had breakfast in the Top Sail Lounge and then our butler escorted us off the ship. You may want to allow at least one hour to collect your baggage and clear customs as well.
You can actuly stay (for yatch club) to 11h .
On my last trip we had a flight late a night 21h30 so we stay late went to eat just small pièce off information you key card Will be disactivated at 9h to acces the yatch club area .... You should see the terrifyng look on dw as we had left or carry on in the top sail lounge :-)

In September we will be sailing on the Divina for the second time. It's most convenient for us to fly into Fort Lauderdale and then take a shuttle to Miami. I'd like to get some recommendations for shuttle services between those two places, both private and multiple party shuttles. Thanks in advance.
I did cab/very smal limo form FLL 80$
Shuttle are 20$ each

We tip all the Time on all cruiseline
Let's face it all vacation venue are possible only because of extremely low wage!!!
So we usualy tip 5 to 10 $ day for butler/ass.butler ( did the room 2-3 Time days)
15$/days for dining room team ( if i was eating in a restaurant 2-3meal day it Will be more expensive)
And for the top sail lounge butler (Jeettoon) who was superb 100$/ week

Thanks for the feedback. Looking for a little more detail. What is the restaurant like, is it similar to Blu in size ? Is the food the same as MDR, selections varied ? Is there any entertainment in the Yacht Club venues and what is the quality of the bar selection ? Sorry for all the requests but just trying to make an informed choice.
Every night in top sail lounge theres piano artiste (2-3 Time)
Also theres a full tea time service at 16h00
The bar is fully stock some hight end brand are extra charge (jonny Walker bleu, Crystal ,)

Is this about the vista class ship for MSC ??

Carnival refers to "Port Canaveral (Orlando)" as the embarkation port, so I imagine the cruise line offers transfers, if you want to consider that option. I also guess that Carnival does not offer transfers between the Orlando airport (MCO) and the port in Tampa.
There's no shuttle between MCO and Tampa port
I use a limousine service last year to go there if was about 150$ each way so not economical I suggest to flight directly to Tampa or choose a others departure port.
My mistake last year was I book a last minute cruise with out checking transportation what end up costing me 300$ more so my deal I got the legend was actually more expensive then taking same cabin on the breeze in Miami ...

One more observation about the review -- I didn't see any problem with the elevators. They were usually quite fast and not full. Except, of course, when everyone was trying to get off at the same time in port.
Was also in the same cruise din't have any problems ... Yes it annoing that not all elevedor when to the top floor but it's easy whakaround
-
I this thread when the wrong way fast !!!!
Seriously guys chill out !!!
Trying to change people's mind or view on social equality in cruise forum is quite impossible (or so I think)
To get back on topic off MSC marketing positioning I find that they have way to big net.
Its like they don't know who they after ....
-
Do they provide bathrobes if you pre-book one of the spa packages on the MSC Divina?
I was in the yatch club .... Don't know if there wher in the regular room
-
On every cruiseline we have been on the robes are all one size. I'm a big (not tall) guy and they never fit me. I wonder if extra large robes are available.
On my last cruise i tryed the robe was to small for me but i din't ask for larger(it's was the last day of the cruise)

I'm looking forward to the trip and like I said, I know I'll have a good time.
The physical aspects of the ship, I'm not worried there at all. I'm in the industry and I've toured some of the super high end ships from Crystal, Seabourn, etc.... I wasn't blown away by their appearance although they were very, very nice.
For me, the experience is made or broken by the service and behavior of the other passengers. With the super cheap prices, will we see more of the "I don't care" attitude regarding dress code, behavior, etc.....
I guess it's like this......if Neiman Marcus took it's $200 shirts and dropped the price to $9.99 all the time.....the physical store and merchandise might still be "fancy" but suddenly it takes on a Wal-Mart vibe by who their attracting with the low, low prices.
Is this going to be the "Beer budget goes on a Champagne taste" ship?
I'm just wondering if that what MSC has decided to do.
For now the principal body of passenger are European so for them this is not cheap vacation just plain ticket make it easily double the cruise fair .
It make for very much multiethnic cruise with multiple languages talk everywhere .
As for the american you see all range from old folks to young kid with no brain and Joe blow .. So it will very much depends off your luck off guest near you
Theres also European jack ass lol
For my part I like that they don't try to sell the shut out off you like carnival and RCC soo ...
