Cruise for vacation

I am looking for an email as well.  I purchased the speciality dining with OBC.  It was deducted from my balance and I have a confirmation.  Every time I call celebrity they say I do not have specialty dining on my reservation.  I ask for an email confirmation every time they send me a confirmation it shows on my receipt.  Every time I call they say they will research and call me back I’ve waiting two weeks with no call back.  I have contacted blue chip club ( John, Loren, Angelica Ann supervisor) that is who booked my cruise. I talk to the retreat specialist Rachel, Engagement center Eric and no one has been able to assist.

I normally call Royal and have them combine our offers.  DH has balcony, I have balcony we combine for a suite.

Will receive my first one on the inaugural cruise Icon

So if you get hurt because they went against policy….will you sue Royal if you got hurt…. absolutely because they broke policy. There’s policy and rules for a reason.  You can have just as much fun doing things that fits within your weight limits

New to X, following along.  First cruise on Celebrity will be on the Beyond Retreat

It’s a personal choice/preference.  I sail 2-3 times a year in suites.  We are in a suite on the RCCL Icon inaugural (Jan 2024) and Celebrity Beyond to Italy, Greece and Croatia (Aug 2024, hubby bday)  It is not costing more for the suites as my land trips for my birthday in Sept 2023, a week in the Maldives then fly over to Dubai for a week.  It a personal preference and planning, I plan out my trips well in advance as you see (nothing on credit cards).  I like to have everything paid all we have to do is show up.

New to Celebrity….What is UrComped?

We are taking our first cruise on Celebrity next year, after we try the new Icon on Royal.  We are big casino players and have received comp cruises on Royal for years now.  I tried to find out info on Celebrity casino club such as different levels.  What tier had free drinks in casino? How many points are needed for each tier?  How do you earn free casino cruises?

Any info provided is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, did not know it was a “cruise only” difference.  Checked my receipt and it has the drink, Wi-Fi and gratuities listed.

We are in a Sky Suite on Beyond

Finally booked our first cruise on Celebrity.  What are the perks when you are in are Suite?  We are Diamond on Royal, will be Elite on Celebrity.  

We are in a suite on the first sailing of the Icon Jan and we have complimentary Voom

It is tracked when you are playing with your room card in the machines.  I don’t play tables but I think you just let them know when you sit down (others may no more about the tables)

We ONLY cruise with free cruises.To pay taxes and fees only, is worth it to me, we always upgrade our room.  Now that with both are prime in the casino we combine our offers to upgrade our room to a JS without paying any additional amount other than the taxes and fees.

The points earned for prime was lowered to 1,500 points.  Was the points you need to earn for signature level lowered?

Yes, you earned the status of diamond but how many points did you earn personally? For example if your parents did 5 cruises and you went only on 3 with them. The three cruise points you earned would go towards your husband status , but you got credit for the 5 because you were under your parents.  The points you earned, not under your parents is what your husband gets,  you are asking “I received my diamond status from my parents, now I want my husband to be diamond from my parents by way of you”. Because technically you did not earn diamond status only emerald, so your husband would be based on the amount of points you earned which is emerald.  Unfortunately he will have to pay for drinks, the end goal.

Can you modify the pending one?  Wishful thinking on my behalf that mine is pending and I can modify or cancel it, there is a chance for us to get an upgrade.  My cruise is not until the end of March
