Sailed in connecting interior staterooms on Anthem with 3 kids under age 11 and it was very comfortable.

Plenty of space and 2 bathrooms - it was a wonderful cabin experience.

We had connecting insides in Anthem for 2 adults and 3 kids and it was great. Plenty of room and we loved the virtual balcony. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus.

My first choice is always a real balcony but the virtual really made the room seem bigger and I didn't feel cut off from the outside world.

I was able to get martinis (smaller than the ones at the martini bar) at other bars on the Summit this past October and they were covered under the classic package.

He was our waiter back in July 2014 to Bermuda and we loved him! He made the experience such a treat (on top of the delicious food)

I went back this past October on the repo looking for him and he wasn't there[emoji27] I was told he was on another ship.

I will be back on summit again this summer and I hope he is still there!!

The emails that I get lately are generic and then added at the bottom is my name with C and A status.

The one that came this week about the new itineraries was written in a newsletter style and was very general.

It did however say that as a C and A member I would get an extra 24 hours notice to book when the new itineraries are released.

FYI I have only been on one Royal cruise and it was this past November on Anthem.

Maybe they just send to people that have cruised recently with them.

Cruiselou there are several posters on these threads on the ship with you. Most of them seem very levelheaded right now and pretty calm sounding given the circumstances.

I think you should take a lot of comfort from those posts, knowing they are on the ship with you.

Don't worry, you will all be fine and have quite a story to tell. I am sorry you are going through this. Hang in there, you will be okay[emoji106]

The posters who are questioning the validity of what people on the ship are saying right now are just rude and insensitive!

Who cares what the exact list of the ship is or whether the winds are 125 miles per hour or 100??? All that matters right now is that the ship is in a bad way and

We Have a NJ resident rate for a July 2016 sailing to Bermuda on the summit that is really good.

Booked through a big box TA and started with a 2a veranda for a 2b price because of captains club upgrade. Also got nice obc from TA, but no drinks package / which is fine because we aren't big drinkers.

We just upgraded again because the price of a c3 concierge room is now less than that of the 2b veranda. Again applying the captains club upgrade we got a c2 concierge class room.

I priced out the cost of a c2 on our sailing and we are paying way less than what the cabins are reallybgoing for.

Even without the drink package we are saving a significant amount.

Love the Summit and its crew. Going for the 3rd time in 2 years this summer.

A great ship for relaxing and enjoying just cruising - no real bells and whistles to get in the way.

I've sailed in a mid- ship veranda and aqua class, doing midship veranda again to Bermuda this summer.

I didn't think the food in Blu was that great 2 summers ago and the MDR food was fine this past October but nothing to write home about.

I think the specialty restaurant quisine is delicious and so is the pizza at the buffet! I actually thought some of the buffet food was better than the MDR- the Asian stir fry station was really good at dinner time and the pool side grill burgers and fries always hit the spot!

Got one also - specifically relating to our cruise on the Anthem this past November. I filled it out, all the while wondering if they will actually listen to what people have to say.

My take away is that they are interested in hearing thoughts on ports as well as gathering information on who uses their excursions vs independent companies at various ports.

Our family of 5 had connecting large virtual balcony rooms this past November on Anthem.

We absolutely loved the rooms.

I am someone who loves to have a balcony but the price was too high so we opted for the virtuals instead. We were not disappointed at all and were very happy.

Storage was excellent and the decor was lovely.

The virtual balcony made the room seem larger and kept me from feeling claustrophobic. It was great to be able to see the weather outside! Super rooms!

There's one in sorrentos. With the soda package you can still stop at any bar for a soda. I hated carrying the big cup around so I typically just ordered from a waiter or at the bar myself.

If you don't have the package they serve it to you in a can. With the package its poured from the fountain.

Loved captain Kate and her strong yet feminine presence as well as her very witty personality. We sailed with her in October and she was nothing less than great.

How come nobody takes the time to pick apart a male captain on these boards??
