I have one on April 30. I don’t see any advantage in cancelling before March 31.

The cancellation mentioned operations in North America. However, technically, I believe San Juan is in Central America. And there some cheap flights right now ($100 RT from Houston) Wondering if it might be a contingency plan!

For those booking now and rates fluctuating, just thought I’d mention the 2 day price guarantee. I booked last Wednesday and then Thursday it dropped another $30pp. I tried calling for 2 days but then found an online form! It took from Saturday until today (Wednesday) to get a reply back. But I got 110% of the difference! So $66 back in OBC.

Thanks, didn’t realize it was tiered; just remember the 20% on Oasis last week, guess I need to pay closer attention to what I order
No worries. This is for Liberty of the Seas, so not sure if it’s specific to the ship. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a whole nother group of guidelines for oasis class ships! 😉

Now if you bring it to dinner the waiter is supposed to charge a corkage fee but from our experience and reading other threads they usually do not.
So are they suppose to charge you corkage fee if you just bring a glass?
My thoughts were that we would just pour a glass each night and leave the bottle in our room.

You can bring 4 bottles (2 per cabin) onboard too. And your wine is probably less expensive than the cruise line wine.
We’ll definitely do that. Probably bring a glass with us to dinner and then drink a glass from the purchased bottle. That’s our plan right now. But someone told me you're only suppose to drink that wine in the cabin? Not sure if that’s a rule or not though.
-
Thanks everyone. This works out well. We put the men in a cabin so they can get the drink package and ladies in a different one so we won’t have to. We’ll sleep where we want.
My Sister in law and I won’t drink but a couple glasses of wine with dinner so this will work out great. -

2 couples are at a table
1 couple has the drink package, 1 couple does not.
1 with the drink package orders a bottle of wine at the 40% off price.
Who can drink it?

You're obligated to throw a party on that big balcony now. We had 46 people on it one time, and still had room to move around.
Bahaha!

Well, after all that, I decided to keep our hump cabin on deck 6. We got an amazing price when we booked with TA perks, which we would have gotten a better price if we changed cabins, but would lose the TA perks. Also, the convenience of the hump beats walking the Green Mile to the back of the ship.
If any aft enthusiasts are interested, 7408 and 9704 are available on Liberty of the Seas 9/6 sailing.
I snagged that 7408. Been looking at it for a few days but it disappeared for about an hour today and decided I better get my deposit in! My SIL also got the only 300 sq ft (besides the handicap one) Panaramic Oceanview. It’s looking like a ghost ship currently, unless there is just a ton of guarantee bookings. Pretty much every cat I looked at had all but one or two cabins avail.

Here’s a couple thing I noticed while trying to use the offer...
It’s only giving me a 6 month window.
The entire $200 obc is given for all cabins AND it doesn’t matter how short or long the cruise is.
I can use it for assigned and unassigned cabin options.
The rate is about $5 more than the VIFP early saver.
Still haven’t figured out what the exclusive pixel offer is. (I did buy $150 worth of pics while on the last cruise)

We have 3 cabins between my family, made through different agents so they are not linked.
When booking anytime dining through the Hub app, can I make it for the whole group?
or will it only let me make it for our cabin?

If you register a (free) UPS MyChoice account, it'll let you track it. Since your order is over $500, it'll be shipped UPS, signature required.
Also, n6uqqq says if he logs in to Allstate Rewards using a mobile browser (not the Allstate app), it'll give him the tracking number. You can see if that works for you too.
Thanks for the advice. I just checked UPS mychoice and looks like Jan 3 😭😭😭
But sometimes that changes. But not looking hopeful. 🤪
On the Allstate side it says shipped USPS so it’s a little confusing.
To make it more confusing, I bought a $50 JC Penney card the day before from Allstate so not sure which shipment is showing up on UPS.

Crossing my fingers for a quick delivery. Ordered $500 and $100 GC on Dec 26th at 11am. Looks like it shipped Dec 27th. Hoping it gets here by Dec 31st so I can purchase the drink package before the CHEERS price goes up! 🤪

I booked 2 cabins through my TA and he linked the dining. Later a couple decided to join us and and they also booked through my TA. He linked that cabin to us for dining.
Later two more couples decided to join us. They each booked directly with Carnival and they each had our booking numbers. Carnival told them my TA would have to link the dining. My TA was happy to do so even though he didn't have those two bookings.
Seemed strange to me but it all worked out, at least all of our booking documents show all five cabins linked for dining.
That’s really odd!

My parents and my husband and I have two separate booking with two different travel agencies. We both chose early seating but need to connect them. Do I contact carnival? Or do we each have to contact our agents?

From what I have seen, if Carnival totally cancels the cruise, they have given a REFUND of your payment, whereas if they modify the cruise (shortened or whatever) and YOU decide to cancel, you get future cruise credit.
Ok, that’s the difference I was missing. Cancel vs Modify. Thank you.

I have a carnival cruise in 3 weeks (during hurricane season) so preparing myself what happens in these cancelled cruise situations.
I’m reading that people are getting FCC. Can you not get a refund instead?
And if you have insurance and get a FCC, will the insurance take that into consideration when it reimburses you for a cancelled cruise?

May/ Early June Northbound and Southbound cruises have the best prices 30-45 days out. That’s what we did this year. Deluxe balcony on Princess was ~$750 and HAL had suites at $899. Celebrity was $599 for a balcony the week we were looking at. Here’s a screenshot of prices I took April 12 for May cruises.

Anyone had success with trying to get the parking package when staying at the hotel at the end of the cruise? We drive up and depart Saturday but would like to stay a night at the end of the cruise.
Specifically looking at Tremont or Galvez but will consider others.
(Called Galvez but said I needed to call back tomorrow when a more knowledgeable person is there.)

Shows up under “Today’s Deals” for me. Not for my husband who has a weak casino offer.
