We did a jeep excursion in Freeport through Carnival and thoroughly enjoyed it. It went all around the island. In Nassau we walked to Fort Charlotte, Ardastra Gardens, and the fish fry then took jitney 10 back to the main part of town. There are beautiful views from the top of the fort and it only cost $2/person.

We passed it but didn't stop... Looked pretty crowded but there were several ships in port that day.

We recently visited and walked from the port to Fort Charlotte ($2 per person) then walked to Fish fry and ate at Twin Brothers. Ardastra Gardens is not far. The #10 Jitney took us back into town. We passed a beach on the way to the fort , I believe it was Junkanoo.

It does depend on the weather/ water conditions. The staff is very courteous and went out of their way to offer comfort as needed. Some had better experience outside in the wind while others were more comfortable in the air conditioning . Tulum is a beautiful place and I'd take my chances.

We will be traveling to Freeport and Nassau the weekend before Christmas. Does anyone have any experience with attending worship services or religious events?

I've heard that at one time there was an observation deck on top of the water tower but then I heard it is closed. Has anyone been recently that knows?

I've sailed on the Conquest twice and enjoyed it. It's one of the larger ships in the line.

I agree. Lovely dress and any of the necklaces will be lovely, just don't pair pearls with the rhinestone shoes.
