I've had a few friends that used them. Packed in the checked bags. Strange that 1 bag had 1 missing and 2 still in there?

For that price I'd like to see what their "private escort" looks like.:D

I bought the $60 ATT plan. I think it included 50 mins talk and 100 outgoing text. Incoming are free. You could NOT send any pictures with your text without the data. On the ship the phone showed Cellular at Sea.

T-Bone Tom's in Kemah has decent BBQ. Not the best, but certainly not bad.
They have very good steaks, and usually live music.

We were on the Navigator about a month ago, and the cabins next to us had them open.

I know 7310 and 7610 both have the bed by the balcony....

I know the La Quinta West has a stay and park program. Stay at least one night and you can park for the week for $24, with shuttle service to and from the port. The hotel is clean and right across from the beach. Breakfast is not much, waffles, pastries, juice and coffee.
I think the shuttle guy,Terry, operates mostly on tips. We usually tip him well and he takes good care of us. He gives you his card, and when disembarking call him when you clear customs, and he's usually there in 15 mins.

An Ice Cream Sundae is included in the cover charge price. When we were on the NOS last month, my wife ordered a milkshake, then also HAD to eat a sundae for dessert, in my opinion the sundaes were better then the milkshakes.

We did this last week and the water is only waist deep depending on how tall you are. Our guides were on their knees part of the time. The boat we were on had inflatable life jackets for people that weren't comfortable in the water.

We just got off the Navigator this past Sunday, did the same itinerary as you listed. The only excursion we did was through RC and it was in Grand Cayman. Swimming with the stingrays was very a good experience.
We stayed at The La Quinta West. It is clean and quiet. Pretty dated and breakfast isn't great. Cold cereals, pastries and hot waffles. Coffee and Juice.
You can park and shuttle for $24 for the week. Don't know how much the shuttle is if you don't park. The Holiday Inn Express is next door and uses the same shuttle. I won't do that again. They have 1 24 seat shuttle, and when Carnival and RCI are in port, it goes to both, stopping at Carnival 1st. We were off the ship by 9am and had to wait until 9:45 for the shuttle. Driving back to the hotel the shuttle had 20 sitting and 3 standing in the aisles, with excess luggage in the aisles. Pretty dangerous situation.
Next time I'll pay more and park at the port, early disembarkation means nothing if you have to stand and wait for a shuttle.

My DW and I just got off The Navigator, Sunday and bought the 10 picture digital package.
We were traveling with my sister and BIL, and had separate staterooms. The embarkation picture was all 4 of us. I got all of me and my DW, all of my sister and BIL, and about 15 of a totally unknown couple. I got a total of 92 pictures to pick from. I don't know, but I figured they linked us with the embarkation picture.

Thanks for the review. We are leaving this Sunday (9-28) on the NOS on the same itinerary. We are even taking the same excursion in Grand Cayman.
We are also 1st time cruisers but traveling with my sister & husband who are cruise pros.
Thanks again, we are packing now.

You might check this thread, some people have redeemed.

Thanks, very good job.
We'll be on NOS in a couple of weeks.

Royal Caribbean doesn't offer this excursion. I know I can contact Atlantis direct and book, but does anyone know if they will be offering this at the pier?
-
Thanks for the review, looking forward to the rest of it. We will be on the Navigator in a few weeks.
-
Good review and Thanks. We will be on the NOS on 9-28 except on the other itinerary. We will be in cabin 7610 which is on the opposite side of the boat, just in front of the hump.

This is going to be my 1st cruise so I have a few questions. We are taking the String Ray City tour through RCI. What do we do with our money and passports while we are in the water off the boat, or in the water on a beach somewhere. I have seen waterproof pouches that you can attach to yourself in various ways.
Wondering if there are usually SECURE lockers for this purpose.
Thanks

I'm on the Navigator in September and have Late Traditional Dining and it is at
8 pm, so you should be fine.

I thought about that. He's in the process of getting his first driver's licence, so maybe he could get the enhanced. I haven't looked into it enough to know what it entails. If he were my child, I'd be pushing for that option. As it is, there are family and finance issues that I cannot control. I may end up paying for his driving test just so he gets his license on time as it is.
Your a very nice Mom, and he is lucky to have you son as his BFF.:)

This will give you the prices if you buy in advance. I don't know about on the cruise.

Hey, not too bad
Thanks

We did purchase it on our recent infinity cruise & it turned out to be a good deal for us. 199 photos took as many as we wanted.
I did have to request image photo services to put them on a CD for me as I did have difficulty uploading on my computer but Hilda Lopez @ image photo services provided excellent customer service & got my CD to me quickly .
Very pleased with the ease of the process & fun on the ship taking photos & keeping them throughout the cruise (two week cruise)
So don't keep us in suspense, what was the cost??
Thanks...
How are aft cabins?

Newer cruise ships use electric powered PODS for propulsion and steering. Usually few vibrations. Vibrations usually happen with prop cavitation when
starting or steering into port.
