I got this response from special needs dept when I requested a fan. "The ships do not have fans for guest use onboard, however, the guest can bring their own if needed. (Electric fans are permitted.)"

I doubt that.

Ok, for all you doubters, I doubted also, but another group I'm associated with said it was so. So I sent an email to Royal Caribbean Customer Support, and here is the reply .

Call "Special Needs" prior to your sail date, tell them your husband is infirm, and they will make special arrangements for him (and you) to attend muster. No worries.

I emailed the Special Needs department and here is the response I received.

"You'd have to go to Guest Services once onboard to see what accommodations can be made for you for the Muster Drill."

We told our steward before the drill and as we approached the area to go to our designated station I asked an "officer" as he was in a suit and he escorted Chris to the sitting area. He just had surgery and still recovering. We did not have a form but I did have to take his card with me to get scanned.

What about this one? It says it’s 40 W. Is that 40 Watts? Is that ok?

I would think that one would be fine, as the power cord has NO ground. My understanding that it can't surge protect without a ground prong

I added it to my list also, and it said I would be notified when it was available. I took that to mean it wasn't yet?

Quick note for upcoming cruisers on NCL... The JADE has docked this morning (a little rain, so a bit delayed), but nice to see that they will be able to DOCK after last week!! Although no official word yet from the Port or Royal Caribbe3an...In my opinion, this is a good sign!!!

We went on Celebrity a couple of years ago, and loved it. They always throw a couple of freebies in like drink package, internet or gratuities. We were on the Solstice and the nature lector was excellent.

We usually cruise on my wife's birthday. Mine is the week before. I order a fresh flower arrangement through the cruise planner, and it is in our cabin when we arrive. The arrangement is always VERY nice, and I think pretty reasonably priced. The flowers last all week. I don't usually buy her flowers at home, as our cat's like to have fun with them. I'm not sure if this is available at all ports.

Well mine has a banner across them indicating the amount off. This one said 25% off. The banner is not showing though?

Check with Comfort Inn and Suites in Texas City. It is about 15 miles from the port and usually quite reasonable abt $85. It is fairly new and very clean. Breakfast in the morning included.

I travel with Anbesol with my meds. I've needed it once, and my son used it once for a canker sore.

I used Magicjack on The Liberty in 2016. I had the app on my cell phone and had the internet package, It worked great. I forwarded my cell phone to my MagicJack number. My cell plan with Cricket Wireless doesn't work anywhere except USA.

Liberty now showing movement to Miami . 14 knots. I guess they got the medical emergencies handled.

I know a BIG boy (surely not myself) that has tried out a lot of different toilets on a lot of different ships, and they are still firmly attached. So have a seat and enjoy yourself....
