We are a stockholder, frequent cruise traveler, casino player, and very loyal to Royal Caribbean however we are extremely disappointed with our last cruise of the lack of courtesy and knowledge from the casino host. We have been trying to reach out to someone at the corporate office to discuss the situation and the Call Center, won’t even for a request to that does anyone know how to reach?jerrod Kendall The manager over the casino department thanks to anyone who has a separation.
