All the shuttles we have used we requested when we booked thru A2S. You need to call them and add it to the booking. Alternatively you can wait until you are onboard and book it thru guest services.

Hi - yes, once onboard you can go to guest services and request the cabin key swap. You need to be sure your guests are on the same credit card/account and you and your husband are on the same one. They will match the keys to the same onboard charge account.

We have docked and gangways are open. Don’t know about any excursions being cancelled - I would assume they’re all running. Surprising after the captains comments about abundance of caution and staying onboard yesterday.
