It sounds like that was handled extremely well for you!   I am surprised there was no charge for the medical care.  That's definitely a great decision by RCI.

I got hurt in Mexico on a RCCL excursion a couple years ago. Same as OP,  treated onboard in medical and they took very good care of me. Zero charge. They told me RCCL takes care of it if hurt on RCCL excursion. One of the main reasons we only book RCCL excursions and never private ones.

I wasn’t aware of this offer but booked my cruise directly through RCL’s website and paid with my platinum card, would I still be able to get the OBC?

I wasn't aware of this benefit either. How does one go about getting this OBC? I book directly with RCCL on their website. Don't care at all about TA's.

OK currently in panic mode. My wife does not have her results back from an urgent care clinic or walgreens she went to yesterday for the PCR test. Sail on Odyssey tomorrow and there are no port appointments.

    Its Easter weekend!

What the freak are we supposed to do now??

    She had 3 vaccinations.

KMIA has walk up testing in one of the terminals.

We cruised on the Navigator last month. First RCI cruise in eight years. We had lunch in the MDR once and found it to be good. Not great but good as expected. Service was very good. We dined in the WJ for breakfast one morning. Had no issues with the food. Plenty of choices for everyone. Servers everywhere to refill beverages and clean used dishes.

We usually dine in specialty restaurants for dinner. On this four night cruise we dined in Jamie’s twice and Chop’s once. Both restaurants beat expectations in both quality and service. Actually one of the best experiences dining at Chops that I can remember as it was always up and down. Not consistent. We also had dinner one evening in Playmakers. For simple bar food, again very good.

After over thirty-five years of cruising I have taken my expectations in the MDR down a few notches due to the number of guests being served at once. Also, everyone has different tastes, likes and dislikes. Hard to please everyone. My worst MDR/buffet experience still stands with NCL.

Reviews like these are so subjective they are almost useless.

It's in the checkout process. The weird thing is the card that is saved isn't even the card that I used to pay for the cruise or in the cruise planner. I'm not sure when I used it with Royal. I'll get a screenshot.

I finally found it. Looks the website has my card saved in their system. I see where you can add another one. Odd, I never recall saving this card on their website.

They don't save your CC info, you have to reenter it each time you make a purchase.

False. They must have changed something or the cc I used to book the two cruises with at the NextCruise desk on my last cruise back in early December is on file as it was the same one that was charged for these excursions. I just made about a $1000 worth of excursion purchases for two separate cruises and never had to enter my cc info. Clicked the box to accept the terms and conditions, clicked the button and that was it, purchase made sans putting in any cc info.  I got the notification from my cc that the purchases were made.

  7. So, I dropped 3 items in the cart for cruise planner purchases on RCCL site. When checking out, I just direct billed a cc I used for my last cruise! It went through but now I cannot find in my account profile or anywhere else on how to change the cc on file. I don''t even remember saving my cc info on the site. Anyone with any ideas?
