  1. It's your kids best friend and he just found out he was cruising the same week. You would think he would have heard something months the ago. When I was a kid if I asked my parents to change vacation plans they would have said too bad for you. I would have been happy as Heck I was going on a cruise at all. Kids are really spoiled now a days. We were lucky if we went anywhere.

  2. Yes they do, when someone has something go wrong, they wished they had used one so they would have someone to straighten things out.

I haven't had hardly any issues I would need a TA to try and handle. I am right there. The TA is usually thousands of miles away. I think I can handle it.

  3. Pros access to Buffet and Pools.

Cons. The hallways seem a little more congested and noisey on our cruise. More people being stuff back and forth from buffet. Halls were littered with plates.

Another con far from deck 4 and 5 night time activities. We actually prefer deck 7 in between.

  4. 1 - You are comparing a self serve burger stand to a sit down meal with wait service. The food is free. The fee is the tip for the service.

2 - Someone's debt does not affect any customer. Even in the private sector, when I visit someone who fully owns their home, or owes 80% of its value.

3 - the new shows stink. Too loud. Too much strobe.

I have to say Guys Burgers are wayyyyyy better that Johnny Rockets. I'll take self serve any day.

  5. LOL!!! It's funny now but sure wasn't then. Apologies accepted but save it for the first class section next time. ;)

On second thought, I probably should have left the "Mr. Gas" part out of the review, but it's too late to edit it. It was part of our "pre cruise" flight experience and this type of thing does happen on planes. This wasn't our first experience and I'm sure it won't be our last. My apologies if anyone found that part offensive.

Heck no I think it's hilarious. Glad you told the Mr Gas story.

  6. If you get up a little early on a sea day they put complimentary blue towels on some of the loungers. Just help yourself and take as many as you want. Also help youself to any reading material on the loungers or flip flops put out for your convenience! Sometimes the flip flops will be on two separate loungers so it may be harder to find a matching set in your size. Oh that Carnival they really take good care of, the passengers.

Yea I love that they do this. I get a free towel every cruise.
