Thank you! This is just the information I was looking for! It looks like we get the enhanced zoom package.

I just decided to jump on the Harmony after several years away from RCL, and decided to splurge on an Owner's Suite as we are treating our DD to her first cruise. I am confused about which class this is and what's included. I've searched the website and my cruise ticket, but can't find it anywhere. Is Internet included for each person, and is this the enhanced zoom or the basic? Should we buy more? What about water and sodas? Do we get reserved seating in the shows on Harmony now? I did buy the unlimited dining package, but do we get priority reservations for that? I think I read that we have to book all reservations upon embarkation.
Thank you in advance for all help and advice for an old timer!

And WE will miss the Mellers! Looking at that Aug.18th trip on the Riviera!

BON VOYAGE!! We just disembarked from the Regatta this morning and are having a beautiful day at the Hilton Tahiti, which I also highly recommend. The French Polynesian islands are magical, and I know you'll enjoy your first cruise with O.
Tell Arif in Martinis that the Smiths will miss him!

I so appreciated Paul's input and advice to me several years ago. I enjoyed his posts and quick, accurate replies. Wishing the family peace and fair winds!

Thank you all!! I appreciate the words of encouragement and will keep you posted with any noise updates 🙂

Ha! I'm in 8047 on Regatta in two weeks and was also nervous about the noise/location. I appreciate the feedback, and I've always found the cabins to be quiet thanks to the "white noise" of the ship's engines, etc.

Thank you for that information! What is it a place like CVS around the airport? We will also be flying out of SFO, but have booked a free appointment at CVS in the East Bay.

Thank you for taking the time to post, Sunlover12!! We really appreciate it and are excited to board on the 25th, but nervous about getting all the Covid testing done. Can you share your experience with that?
Thanks so much!

Yes! We are on the March 25 sailing and dying to hear how it's going. Wondering if they have limited connectivity? We are especially interested in the Covid testing protocols.

Thank you, Petoonya!! I have my fingers crossed it will all work out this time. Lots of hoops to jump through. I can't wait to be in that water again swimming with those beautiful fish! I always appreciate your advice and support.

Yes, noted and thank you! We are doing a work around and keeping our Air France flight into LAX :0

Thank you, Merc! I'm thinking about changing my flight to the French Bee. . . . I now have to get to SFO once we arrive in the states to meet up with our daughter. I hate to give up our nice seats on the Delta flight home, though :(.

I am trying to calculate how much time I should schedule between connecting flights in LAX arriving from PPT. Can anyone share their experiences clearing customs in LAX? Thanks so much! We do have the Global Entry cards.

Mer,
Thank you so much for your fabulous posts, pics and commentary! We are on the March 25th Oceania cruise and will spend a day in Moorea. We spent several days at the Hilton there in 2020 when our cruise was cancelled. Your trip sounds idyllic, and makes me wonder if we are doing the right thing by cruising, although we are looking forward to seeing the other islands.
We are looking into renting a scooter for the day. What would you recommend as an itinerary for a day to squeeze in beautiful beaches, SNORKELING, and the best food?

Following. . . . we are booked on the March 25th sailing, and this is also a repeat try for us in FP, as our first time was cancelled in March, 2020. I am closely watching the entry requirements for FP, as the 24 hour PCR test seems so complicated and difficult. If O is going to cancel, I just hope they do it sooner, rather than later, so we can jump on something else.

I believe I posted this in another thread, but I was booked on Regatta for the March 15th sailing. O cancelled on March 12th (we were en route to Tahiti). They said it would take up to 90 days for credit back to CC, but I received everything in full in one credit to my CC by March 31st. I was quite pleased considering the total upheaval within the industry.
And, as for me, I want to be the first one back on one of O's ships ASAP!! The sooner, the cleaner, lol!

I'm jumping in here. . . we were booked on the French Polynesia sailing of the Regatta that was cancelled on the evening of March 12th when we were en route to Tahiti. I did receive my refund today from Oceania, and was surprised it came so quickly after the frequent 90 day warning. The two excursions I had booked were also refunded. We booked everything else separately, including airfare, pre-cruise hotels and some excursions. I thought Oceania would reimburse us for the airfare cancellation fees that we still have not been able to recoup, but no communication from them regarding that. Frankly, I was thrilled to get the 100% reimbursement just weeks after the cancellation.
I appreciate any other guidance on what else I should do with Oceania.

Nancy, thank you so, so much for your encouraging words! I did speak with Oceania just a bit ago, and I had the person check on this current sailing. He said there have been no port cancellations, and none scheduled for next week either. Not sure if this is true or not.
We do have plans to stay a few nights at the Hilton Moorea prior to the cruise, so wondering if we just extend our stay there and try to head over to Bora Bora as well for some time. I would so miss the Regatta, though, but want to keep everything in perspective.

Is this true that the current sailing of Regatta has cancelled ports??? Where did you hear that? We fly out Thursday. Also, we will not be able to update our paperwork as we will be in country on Friday.
-
Thank you, thank you!!! Yes, the nails are gone, and this has reached an all new level of anxiety. We are all packed with snorkels and fins and were set to go until this State Dept. advisory. Now what??? Will FP shut down ports? Will Oceania cancel? I was also an RN, like you (Critical Care), so understand the concern, but there are risks around everywhere. This is quite a bold statement.
I so appreciate your thoughts, prayers and empathy!! Hopefully, all of this will pass by the time your cruise comes around :).

Jancruz,
When you say "there are talks going on. . . ." do you mean talks of cancelling ports? We are flying out on Thursday and due to sale on the Regatta starting the 15th. I am holding my breath hoping the FP government does not cancel the ports of call. Any word on that??

We are going to French Polynesia. . . . at this point my attitude is "come hell or high water," or COVID 19! Hope not to regret it, and plan on not worrying too much once I get there :).

Hi Terry!
Thank you for your encouraging tales and photos!! We are supposed to be flying out on Thursday to join the Regatta on Sunday. Interesting to hear about the temperature checks after each port visit. Also, were there any other imposing or daunting changes on the ship? We are still leaning towards going on the trip, but don't want it to feel like a sailing infirmary. Thanks for any insights!

Suite Classes - What's included?
in Royal Caribbean International

Very interesting… I did not realize we also had access to "free" water, beer, wine, etc. in the suite lounge. Where is that located? Are there any laundry perks?
