  1. I should probably apologize to those who want the linens. You see, on our September cruise on the Magic we had an unprecedented streak of spills during dinner. Between my daughters (5 & 2) and myself (30 + too much rum punch in Belize) I think we had spills 5 nights. My daughters are very well behaved, just had a bad run.

So, I will fall on my sword for this one! Lol!

Just use the adult sippie cup.

    AKA, bubba keg.

Changes, I think the changes will be waiter service in the buffet.

  2. Food for thought.

The Metro-Rail stations with parking garages allow long term parking.

    $4 per day.

Park, train to Government Center station$2.50, taxi (at the bottom of the escalator out of the station)to ship$9.00.

  3. The DJ's leave a lot to be desired.

    Some really stink.

This is on all the cruise lines I have been on.

The lines probably take a waiter who can play a guitar and figure,

    he can be a DJ.

I've never heard club music on any cruise except one.

A singles group on the Caribbean Princess.

  4. Just my opinion but this is how I see a modernised dining room experience.

Freshen up the menu (many choices are old fashioned in both the presentation and style).

Have the sides ordered separately. As it is now, many people are leaving the sides and that is a huge waste. If the sides were plated up separately, then people could chose which to add to their meat portion and eliminate a lot of wastage.

    Brighten and simplify the décor.

Offer wine matching and increase the DR bar staff.

That's the way CCL used to serve dinner.

All sides, sauces and gravies served individually.

    1974,76,80,82 cruises .

CCL used to have a sommelier, with the tastevin on a silver chain.

  5. Miami is a great place.

I was there yesterday on my bicycle.

    I rode all over downtown.

This was after dropping off my DD at the NCL Sky.

I parked on Biscayne Blvd. Rode to marlins park and back.

Then went to Mary Brickel Village to drink.

I never park at the port of miami, I take the train.
