And the flight to ATL is on decent. Still wondering about those on this flight and to where they are headed. They well see all the parked Delta equipment on the 2 runways depending on their approach. ATL has 5 runways and 2 of them are closed to use to park some of the Delta Equipment. Airlines have also parked them out west in the desert due to the climate.

Copper,
So with those en route to ATL whats next for them. Had heard the last flight will be early tomorrow morning to London I think. Don't always believe the reporters as I have heard a lot of incorrect info coming from them. Even on the local news here in Tampa as there are passengers who have been on board from our area.
After I go out to pick up a couple of prescriptions before the end of the afternoon will look forward to going back into hiding. Sure would have been nice for my insurance to allow for 3 month fills but I was able to get a new scrip from my Dr. with no problem and get another one filled early.

Hi Copper. Regarding the flight to ATL. How were passengers selected for this flight and then "where to" from there for those on board. According to Flight Aware this flight has yet to depart. I also have the FlightRadar24 app on my phone (free version) and use it frequently.

Flt to Toronto. YES YES YES. Roll, rotate and climbing out. Which one is next. Was this the first one or what. May those on board have a restful flight home.

Oh how upset I have become when I saw the posts on the incredibly long thread involving the Zaandam & Rotterdam and now find this one. I was so excited with what I had done to help with all the info to help them home and once again when they flew right over us during the TPA approach. Kindergirl, here's hoping that you parents get better soon. I'm wiping tears from my eyes trying to type this. I kid you not!

just a head’s up Deb’s Mom and Jim have been hospitalized. Tested for Covid-19, no results yet. Please include them in your prayers.
Oh I really didn't want to hear this after the feel good story of being a part of the CC team that helped with info to get her parents home.
Why I have stressed to my mom after going out to pick up a couple of prescriptions tomorrow, that's it as I will go out no more and have been staying home as it is already.

So glad to see this happen today. I ended up having to use my laptop out on our porch so that my mom could watch this too but I like so many others got involved with the high number of connections by others trying to do the same thing had trouble being able to keep it at times. had much better luck with the live coverage with the link that was provided. I ran into problems with our desktop computer as all of a sudden I could go to the webcams but after about 10 seconds it would go blank. Its still like this now. Does anyone have any ideas regarding this as I haven't touched anything from my end and never had this problem before.
Hope that everyone on board makes it home and stays healthy and those needing more time to get better before they can return home do too. The force always wins and the force has been very strong with the Zaandam and Rotterdam as they sailed together to support each other.

My Bad try this link. What had been providing it showed signs of leaving and it either came back or another helicopter took over.

The Helicopter that was providing it has left.

they are both real life heros, as well as their entire crew who have endured this and provided for their guests during unprecedented times. I was able to intermittently get on the webcams, but now am unable to. all the front line workers, from ships crew, air crew, and of course our hospital folks, first responders. All are heros in unprecedented times.
looking forward to seeing Rotterdam dock too.
Oh absolutely for sure. No doubt about that. Can only imagine how they are all feeling now after all of this and now finally docked in Ft. Lauderdale. I'm going out tomorrow to pick up a couple of prescriptions that I have been able to get filled early and have told my mom more than once that this will be it and no more. We are already in pretty good shape with food, etc but my 2 scripts can only be filled for a 1 month supply at a time. When I called my Dr. regarding one of them mentioned that I know that I'm probably due to do some blood work but said there is no way I am going to a lab to do it anytime soon. the comment back was "I don't blame you". No problem as a new script was sent. Called to check and it ready but the 2nd one had to be ordered and will be in tomorrow.

What terminal is the Zaandam docking at? I sail with Royal Caribbean and am only familiar with terminals 18 and 29.
21. Starboard side along side.

Hi Copper. Watching them come in is going to be a sight we can all stand up and cheer for.

Glad I have a laptop as a back up as our desktop computer has suddenly had problems staying connected to the webcams.

Port website show confirmed times for both ships. 15:30 for Zaandam and 16:00 for Rotterdam. Both showing schedules departure tonight.
Just found the confirmed also but the departures are pretty unlikely.

One of the HAL ship experts needs to check out FLL Beach Cam and let us know which ship that is!
Looked Like Zaandam but these webcams are starting to have problems probably because of the demand of people watching.

To what meeting are you referring? Unified Command or Broward County Commission?
I don't think either of those are having a public meeting today.
Some here were talking like they were listening in on or watching a meeting on line that was going on to finalize everything for the ships to come in. Sorry for the double post.

Mine too. You are not the only one.

Is there a link to be able to live stream this meeting? Although it may be too late and not worth it.

I'll drink what you're drinking!
I think we will all be drinking once both of these ships are in and docked. Then FINALLY everyone can start to get off so they can get home however it may be.
