yes never book them people, way to dark and closed off..... LOL! I am booked on both of my next cruises in 9209 - which I suppose has a similliar balcony than the one the OP posted. Great pictures by the way- I had angled balcony´s the last three cruises- never had a problem with dark cabins. Okay an inside might be a bit dark...!

Thanks Mr. Julius- I though so yes- but was not sure. Hm, I kind a liked the stairs up and down, to connect the " walking" deck with Outdoor dinning facility. Thanks again.

Is there a connection ( stairs) between the new generated deck 12 ( above the new cabins) and outdoor venue at the stern? Thx.

Thanks all for the great picturesm, it is not as bad as I thought it would be, the exterior I mean.
-
Thanks for all the pictures- awesome- did you get an exterior shot of the whole ship, just curious how it looks like now with the changed aft of the ship.
Thx. Michael

I hope they stay without that nonsense- I am also a peace and quite person. I even hate the constand background music on Board S- Class ships, esp. in Martini Bar and at the Pool- well that area is avoided by my anyway, I always look out for a nice and quite place, such as the Solstice Deck...well worth the stairs ones has to climb to get there.

Great Thread- my first cruise was back in 1983 on board Epirotikis " Jupiter" - a very small and a very old ship- but I loved every minute of it.
Really hooked I got when I sailed the Grandeur of the Seas in 1997- that was my real first BIG ship! Back then it was one of the biggest ship around.

Thanks Lsimon- i was not sure if to try a package- so I choose preminun non alc- I love my tea - well at least 3 times a day in Cova- or Al Baccio. One or two diet cokes during dinner- the same up on deck..! I bought that sticker thing on RCI Radiance- and hated the fountain diet coke..!
Thx. again

Thanks for all the helpfull information- so I will bring the bottled water to the cabin- no need to get it delievered.
When you order a diet coke ( for example) at a bar on the open deck- do you have to ask to get a can?

Well first of all I find it great, that you take your kids with you. ( Our parents did that with us also and believe me- they never forget that percious time, maybe not right now- but later...) Here in europe there special offers- they allow kids up to an specific age go with their parents for free- if they are in the parents cabin- of course. So some think that really is a bargain! ( If you are willing to share the cabin with kids...!

And it was wise decission from them - so nobody get´s hurt or feels closed out . The board right across the QR counters can´t barely goe unnoticed.

With interesst - and even more so- as I am going on board Brilliance in a few weeks, I follow your review. I can not imagine such an, well let´s call it adventures, experience. Oh I can imagine many passenger would walk out of their stateroms.
Thanks for shareing your experiences.

I suppose all we cruisers are bit " over the hill" , but still, if a thread makes one smile i can´t be that stupid after all. Around 30 days until Brilliance- as everyone clearly can see. LOL.

Well I love to see the sea- wherever it is possible. " A pee with a view" why not. If someone is interessted to watch- well just let em have fun- the possibility to see the person who is watching you, ever again in your live is very rare!

I agree with all other poster, all said. I suppose they get rid of them. On the other hand I kind of liked those oversized chairs. It was fund climbing them and " sit" in them. Makes for good pictures- though. By the way - Hallo Frau Krause- wie geht´s!
