On our previous sailings my observation was that majority of service staff (room attendants, waiters in buffet) were from the Philippines or Indonesia. Now on our last sailing I thought that vast majority are from India, you barely see 🇵🇭 flag or their beautiful smiles anymore. Is it just me, or has there been a big switch since pandemic? Officers seem to still come from the same countries, the likes of the Sweden, Denmark, Croatia, US and also from Asian countries.

Just curious, how do they mark your clothes and if items often get lost?

Thanks for this Bird. I booked Choir of Man online and the rest I’ll book straight after embarkation. For entertainment is Social Club and for specialty dinning is Teppanyaki if my notes are correct. Would you know if it is possible to access the bow while cruising Glacier Bay? And how exactly do you get there? We are planning to use pool and jacuzzi every day. Would you know if it is possible to rent a bathrobe? Is this possible from spa or towel station, if at all… Many thanks

Hi. I discovered that YouTube is a great way to familiarise yourself with ports. Here is 2 mins video about Skagway. Hope it’s ok to post YT link on here. Do you have any info on shuttle bus queue at 7am? Our plan is to leave ship as early as possible, see mains sights and then go to lumberjack show at 9.30 am (booked independently). After show we have to head back to ship straight away as last shuttle bus is at 11am. This port is stressing me out.

Question about Ward Cove to downtown Ketchikan free shuttle please. Planning to get off ship as early as possible. Probably a few thousand other cruises have the same idea. How bad are the queues to get onto bus? Do NCL group excursion use same shuttles and have priority before everyone else? Do shops in town open early? Many thanks
