  1. Lots of questions for me this week as I get closer to sailing! Can I bring my coffee of the ship when we arrive in port? We arrive at some ports at 8am and was not sure if you are able to walk off with an open drink. I know you cannot bring an open drink back on ship but was not sure about taking one off. Thanks

  2. i was going to order my husband some caramel popcorn drizzled with chocolate from cherry on top and have it delivered when we board, but it's $8.00 for 7oz. I can get triple the amount at home for 1/2 the price. Can I take an unopened bag for him

On the ship the day we board! I know there is tons of food on the ship, but sometimes he likes a quick nibble on something sweet and the sweets on the ship stink! EXCEPT for room service chocolate cake!

  3. so I think

We have decided to get cheers this trip, but I want to know if it is frowned upon to not tip additional? I know the package includes gratuity, but honestly and hate if you must but I don't want to tip additional. It's already costing almost $700 and for 2 of us tip just $1.00 extra at 10 drinks each that's an additional $120. I feel kinda odd leaving the tip line blank. Can I ask you all if you tip extra or not. I have heard extra tip stronger drinks but with cheers I am not that concerned. Thanks!!

  4. Were all the chairs taken by 7:30???? Thats the worst part of a cruise is waking at the crack of dawn just get get a chair!

    Days at sea:

We had 2 sea days and enjoyed them for the most part. I didn't enjoy having to sit outside by 7:30 just to have a chair for the day because most of them were towel holders for hours and hours! We watched the hairy chest contest, ice carving, Groove for St. Jude, dance lessons, and the morning shows. We went to brunch the 1st day around 9:30 and liked everything we tried. My DH is a fan of the steak and eggs.

On the 2nd sea day 5 of us went to tea time. It was fun and a nice break from the noise.

The kids and a few adults got on the waterslides and the boys played a lot of basketball! We made the best of our time and had fun, but still managed to relax.52c08edfefedcd2433718a16067d8d58.jpge17d40376f48080d0c32dfe38a8c79aa.jpgc4bfb7b12f7eff1ab4d6b89d939038c0.jpg

  5. My husband and I are going on our 1st vacation alone in 12 years with no kids WOOT WOOT!! Here is my question. They are 12 and 10 and will be staying with my parents. What is the best way to keep in touch? I have read about the internet plans but am so confused. Do I use skype, facebook messanger, can I send a normal text?? What is the best plan and do I purchase it on the ship? I dont need to see them, we just want to be able to chat :) Thanks!!

  6. Bought a weeks pass on the breeze last year for our family of 4! Had a BLAST!!! Have not laughed that hard in a long time! It was GREAT! We basically never had any issues getting in. One day I think it was a sea day the line was really really long so just make sure to plan it in your day!

  7. My husband and I are traveling next year without our boys. They will be with my mom and dad. If I buy the $25 a day internet package that allows me to use SKYPE can I do it anywhere on the ship? I THINK I have read that they will not be able to see us and only hear us. Has anyone used skype on the ship before? Thoughts would be great! Thanks
