We feel badly as well. I'd gladly pay $1,000 to get to each cruise instead of relentless hurricane damage. It's a real drag. But, no matter where you live, there are always weather related issues.
To all the complainers, I could use a cruise right about now. Any future cruises planned, just toss them my way. I live in the part of Florida that looks like a war zone, so I would be most appreciative.
I just got an email that Key West was canceled from my future cruise. I expected this after all the discussion over the past few years. We went on a bar crawl once and it was fun. The leader of the tour congratulated me at the end since I was the only one who wasnt drunk.. He was a former state cop. I basically didn't do shots like the rest of the gang.
I definitely lean to everyday menu on a long cruise. The longer the cruise, the simpler menu items have great appeal to me. Fewer rich items and so forth.
They can be up or down. I like escargot so we are likely to dine there. Sad they got rid of crab legs though. Since the 18 percent is included, I really don't feel the need to add to that. How heavy do you want to tip? 20 percent is my norm. Tipping is such a fun subject here.
