Thank you so much Jim! Based on your response, we just booked the Celebrity Suite (1615!) for an Alaska cruise on the Solstice in September! Alas, I’m a restless sleeper so my husband and I need to sleep in separate beds 🥹. We look forward to staying in the “Jim/Iain” Celebrity Suite 1615 on the Solstice!

Jim, I really enjoy reading your posts (all of them!) and love it when you show pictures of the various suites that you and Iain stay in. The Celebrity Suite looks divine and we’re looking at booking one for our next cruise. Just wondering if the bed splits into two twins? We live in Vancouver and we’ll make sure that the weather is perfect for your arrival here!

Sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. We board Sapphire on Wednesday for a Pacific Coastal cruise so thank you for heads up about the food. It sounds like you were able to check in at 10:50. Our check in window shows boarding starts at 11:30 so wondering if we should arrive at 10:50 like you did and beat the crowd. We’re staying overnight at the Pan Pacific Hotel and can get to the check in area any time. Thanks.

Hi everyone! What time do you arrive in Vancouver tomorrow?

We are boarding the Majestic in Vancouver on Friday for the eight day Alaska return. What time does your schedule show that you arrive in Vancouver on Friday? The website shows 1:00 pm but our boarding time is 1:00 pm so that seems tight. The Port of Vancouver Cruise Ship schedule shows that you arrive at 7:00 am so there seems to be conflicting times. Thanks!
