No problem using the photos i had said complete the several days later it was like it never existed

What in the world is going on with MSC . did web check in several days ago  said completed . Went back in today to view and photo gone and says not complete .

Hope they run the ship better than their IT group runs the web site . Maybe we will need to wait til we get to Miami port to check in ???

same here i posted on a facebook MSC group . Someone said the cruise needs to be paid in full b4 you can update web check in info . 

called msc canada re logging on . Rep said to do web check in i would need to go to web check in on usa site . Tried that would not let me fill in any canadaian info . went to the canadian site tried to do web check  in said 

maybe i will let my travel agent handle my booking . we do not sail till next march so they may get things fixed

I just went to the canadian site cannot log in using reservation number . i can sign in to account just shows cruise and days but no details

What in all thats crazy is going on with the new canadian Msc site . we booked on the USA site and had no issues logging in until today when i tried to log in i get this

i went to the canadian site and tried to sign in with the booking number it says

I can sign in to the account but it does not show cruise details just says cruise name with 293 days 

Just curious . Does anyone think the drink selection will be different when the ship sails the caribbean . Example the beer selection or cocktail selection .

This will be our 20th cruise and people do like all the fancy drinks when sailing down south . 

we cannot book on line  i guess . when i go into booking only if i add to cart  for 42.00 each can i see times . we got ours free 

Ok told my TA to book the show for our Granddaughter . hope she enjoys it 

wondering what is on the menu for the cirque show and dinner . 

we booked the show and have a 7 year old fusy eater

Can anyone who has seen the show tell me what the menu was at the show or have any photos . We are taking a 7 year old and we wonder if she will like any of the food .

we definately dont need any more than the standard pkg . we are travelling with daughter sonin law and granddaughter . They are the only people we would need to contact and they are with us . Will be too busy for internet  with her LOL

for us from canada to upgrade to premium from easy it will cost us $378.00 US or $508.00 Canadian.

the way our dollar is . We are not huge drinkers so i think we will make due with the easy Pkg and just buy the odd drink full price we can buy 26 drinks at 12.00 us +tip for that $508.00

thats fine standard pkg is all we need

It will be for the cabin and if it is listed under hubby's name you will need to sign into the package using his ID number that will be on his cruise card.  That's the way we do it.  We both use it and it can be used at the same time by 2 devices.

we got the all in promotion easy drink package, wifi and show and dinner says nothing about dinner for 2

oh wow nothing on the confirmation saying i need to pay for our 7 year old

with the free cirque show and dinner in the booking do the children in the cabin attend free as well 

We are doing the Meraviglia in March 2020. We got the all in pkg . Is the free wifi per person or per cabin . I see on MSc confirmation the wifi is listed under my husbands name but not mine. Just curious . It doesn’t really matter since he doesn’t do computers I will be using it

Finally got our booking for March 29/2020 straightened out . we booked 2 cabins 12226 and 12228  for us and our daughter , her husband and our grandaughter. .

does anyone have a photo of the bed in the cabin for 3 . Every floor plan i see has something different . Some have double sofa others have bunks . not sure which is correct.
