our travel agent has been trying to work with MSC on an issue for several weeks . We booked 2 cabins for 5 people . had everything booked . wanted to add the circque show and dinner . They cancelled our cruise and rooms we picked without her knowing and rebooked us different rooms . been trying to straighten this for weeks good luck

What is with their web site . Every time i check on a cruise i get a different rate or pricing .

I check several times in a day same ship same date same category and get a different amount .

why does MSC say children sail free . we bookes a family vacation 2 cabins . In 1 cabin will be our daughter, son-in law and 7 year old grandaughter . . Its a balcony fantatastica 

cabin . we were charged $278.10 cabin fare and 143.73 gov fees and taxes . cannot figure it out if kids are free

we booked the meraviglia for March 29/2020 booked the all in fantastica pkg . Saw on the web site all inn now includes a Circque show and dinner . Think they will add it to our booking or maybe its just for 2019 bookings

Our grandaughter will be turning 8 on our family cruise . I am gold status and it says we get a free birthday cake . Wondering how i go about getting the cake for her on her birthday . Is there somewhere to request the cake on line . it cannot be chocolate . She hates chocolate

we will be going on Meraviglia next march . we booked 2 cabins one for us and one for our daughters family . we paid for both . I signed on the msc web site and linked our booking number to our log in . can i link my daughters booking to our sign in also . they do not have an account and i will be doing all the plans.

Anyone know if you can open the balcony divider between cabin 10278 and cabin 10280 on the Meraviglia . we want to be able to move between both cabins from the balcony

and not have to go out. It will be our families cabin.

Thank you have looked for an actual photo of the balcony but cannot seem to find one anywhere 

we are in the process of booking 2 cabins for next year . Could not get adjoining with the bed config we wanted . The rep said 10278 and 10280 are not adjoining but you can remove the balcony wall and access that way . looks like the calcony on 278 is strange configuration . Anyone know anything about this cabin 

has anyone tried to switch the perk in the all in benefit. we will not need the wifi and was hopeing to switch to gratuties . we will be booking and paying for 2 cabins

We are thinking of booking the Mereviglia for a cruise next march . There will be my husband and i in one cabin and our daughter son in law and grandaughter in the next .

Does the ship have ajoining cabins ? 

does anyone have a photo of the sofa bed opened so i can see where our grandaughter will sleep . She is a roamer at night so a bunk bed would nt work .

Our airport is not listed . we can get a charter to miami or dirct flight when we want to go Will they do a swap and give us free gratuities instead of the air credit. we will be booking 2 cabins adjoining   for my hubby and me and our daughter, son in law and grandaughter Just curious if anyone knows

i saw the rates on the celebrity web site . wondering if they have packages on board less expensive . for 1 device
