Reading reviews and am getiivg mixed opinions. Going on Epic over Christmas...seems like it is big enough to handle the crowds and 20 different restaurants. For those that have cruised on epic. Tell me your opinions on crowds..

please bear with me- haven't cruised in 10 years-TA is OT- been reading reviews etc but need some answers on the Epic

Dining- no reservations or only at specialty restaurants- waits long at regular dining?

Alcohol- Not included? how much is alcohol package?

Shows- looks like we need reservations for Cirque? is it a dinner show only? how do we book?

Spa- hard to get reservations on at sea days?

Dress- is it mostly nice -any dressy nights?

age for casino?

getting so excited- any other tips for a first timer please let me know- such as secret quiet places to sit in sun....

TA booked us into a triple- 3rd person FREE - December cruise- how cramped will it be -I realize we aren't in room that much but where do the bags go etc?
