I tried calling today at8002426374 to buy $1000 obc and rep told me make sure you have someone in mind otherwise it is non refundable is this true? Or are all purchasable obc refundable at end of cruise?

oh I don't mind walking with the cash, it is better then getting from atm. I was wondering though I read the obc online it says "Please note that a 5% handling fee will be assessed if the credit is redeemed in the casino." so for the obc if I buy $1000 i cannot use it at casino otherwise they charge me $50? but at the end of the cruise if I don't use the obc I can completely cash out it without paying the fee? Also, I have some free onboard credit from TA. Is the non-refundable obc used first before the refundable?

oh I see. Do you know if I purchase $1000 in obc by calling in then I don't use the obc, can i get it back out as cash from guest services?

Is it possible to use the OBC to play slots then withdraw the remaining balance as cash from slot machine?

I was trying to purchase OBC for my Celebrity Cruise but can't seem to find it, I went thru all sections of cruise planner on www.celebritycruises.com. I see other items like wifi and chocolate but not obc. Where is it?

When booking thru travel agencies do they usually book it under the name of cruiselines? I got some amex offer from celebrity cruises and sometimes i use agents and it triggers the offer too, but do all agents follow this method and book it under the name of cruiseline when booking thru them and they just take a commission?

when does princess cruise drop voyages for people who miss payment dates. I am trying to book a 4 person room on a princess cruise but it is pretty difficult. been trying for days. But I notice sometimes at early morning there is availability, does anyone know when princess usually releases rooms for cancellations or non payments?

We plan to go on a family cruise with 8 members. We heard each room needs to have an adult. If we book 4 rooms, is it best to have at least room person in each room who was a past passenger of Princess if we want to maximize our savings or would it not matter?

I've been trying to book a cruise and I have an agent at a large cruise travel agency. But she never picks up the phone and respond to emails. Is it rude if i find a different agent to help or go somewhere else? I've been waiting to book a balcony for a week and all the rooms are sadly gone right now waiting for a response to email. Each email takes 48 hours for response and no one answers the phone

I got a cruise certificate for free cruise. When I book reservation I book it with them over the phone, but in the future if i need to make changes do I need to go thru casino dept again or is regular holland america customer service able to help?

I see an option in app to make bed and clean room but nothing to change the sheets. Been 4 days and not sure if is is normal in virgin to have the same sheeets or we need to request for it to be changed

Ok I checked and got coffee charges first day and second day but it is forth day and it didn’t fall off yet I was told by sailor services it will be taken off at the end last day of cruise

Also I got the $100 bar tab but it seems my coffee purchases daily is deducted from that first before my $10 credit?
