The value of CC is a personal opinion. My complaint is CC is not standard though the fleet. Depends on the Head Waiter. During one cruise Head Waiter changed and CC changed.

Journey View is difficult to use. Patter is easy to read.

I have a Pacemaker and the Medalion could interfere with it. As with my cell phone I keep the Medallion away from the Pacemaker. I keep the Medallion on a retractable belt hook or in my pocket. Never had a problem having sailed a number of times. When boarding the ship, I notify Security of my Pacemaker and do not go through the metal detector, they frisk me. Your Husband should have no problem just be careful.

The CDC is not making anyone cruise. If you do not believe cruising is safe do not cruise.

My age and all my health problems makes me a very high risk. I will not cruise until threat is over and it is safe to cruise again. I have not idea when that will be.

Cruise ships won't sail until the threat of COVID19 is eliminated. Cruise lines can not afford another episode of illness on their ships. when they start sailing again , they will take some additional steps. Health screening, temperature checks, and sanitizing. Self serve in buffet will be eliminated. Social distancing is impossible without reducing the number of passengers to a level that would make cruising financially impossible. We have to wait and see and hope.

If we accept your theory and believe that 80% of "cruisers" will no longer be allowed to cruise, what do you believe will be the criteria that will be used: age; person from outside of the United States; person deemed most susceptible to viruses? Just wondering what your thoughts are.
Not much more stringent than prior to COVID19. Cruising will not resume until COVID19 is out of the picture. A questionnaire asking about symptoms and illnesses and body temperature.

The new rules are a result of COVID19. Cruise Ships will not be sailing until COVID19 is no longer a threat. Then I believe they will create new rules that will not eliminate 80% of cruisers. If they don't those ships will be sailing almost empty.
-
I don't believe there will be much change. Cruising will not resume until after the threat of COVID19 is over. Dining is a big part of cruising and making it unpleasant would discourage people from cruising.

Club Class is not standard across the fleet. I 've had CC a number of times and the experience has been different on each ship. It ranges from Fantastic to the worst (service was terrible) I've had. My opinion is depends on how much extra it will cost, I don't believe CC is worth the extra cost.

Priority when making dining reservations. When making reservations with host for the Crown Grill I was told none were available. The header was standing there and asked what room I was in. I told him and he asked "at what time would you like to dine".

Escargot is fantastic. I usually order 2. Last cruise they didn't have them. I'm worried.

I enjoy walking the promenade deck. It is very relaxing and a great way to appreciate the sea.

I prefer cruises of at least 10 days. It takes 3 to 4 days to get into cruising

I always try to have left over Eros at the end of my trips to Europe. Then I have an excuse to return.

Coffee is available from room service, International Cafe has a good selection at a cost, and Horizon Court has coffee.

When you find your cruising experience is no longer enjoyable, it is time to move on to other Cruise Lines or other adventures.

I too have a pacemaker. I was on the Regal beginning of April. My understanding at least 6 inches away from pacemaker. I purchased a clip with a string from Office Max for my belt loop to keep my Medallion on. That system worked well. Medallion was readily available and out of way. I did not feel any adverse effects during the cruise. The Ocean Medallion representatives on the ship were hesitant to say the Medallion could effect a pacemaker. It is waterproof up to 3 meters.

They should be able to create a table that will hold 11. I just got off a cruise with my family of 9. It is wonderful to eat together as a family.
