Probably to expensive to move them.
Oasis and Allure did it in conjunction with drydock
Ah I see. Thanks

Note to self don't book oasis 4 or 5 from Europe as soon as they go on sale as R.C.I are bound to offer an ex U.K repo sailing.
Talking of Oasis does anyone know why we don't have one in Europe in 2017?

We are on her last med cruise before the t.a. So a lot of the guys on our roll call are coming over early to do a week around the med before the t.a back. Lucky!
Our thread has been active and very friendly.
154 days to go!!!!!!!!

In addition to the idea, McDonald's and various eateries in west quay there's also a frankie and bennys in the outside complex next to west quay. Situated between the Novotel and IKEA.
You could also go into the Novotel or grand harbour or any other hotel registered as 3 star or higher must offer breakfasts to non residents.

Hi gambee I've just read the whole of your review, several pages at a time over the last few days. It is simply fantastic.
We are on harmony in October and are mega excited.
Enjoy escape it will be interesting to see what you think. We were on the one nighter out of Southampton before she did her t.a.
It's been a pleasure to read your review. Congrats on your grad school and citizenship your mom must be very proud.

I can't help you with the others but this one, the 28% is 18% gratuities plus 10% sales tax (VAT). I'm afraid the sales tax is unavoidable on these EU only cruises.
Oh poo I didn't think about that. Spanish port back into Spanish port means the 10% extra.

Hi I so enjoy my food and the gluten sensitivity has come as a bit of a bummer but I Intend to enjoy my trip I should be OK as I don't have to worry about cross contamination that cealics have to worry about. I've contacted guest services about my gluten free diet
Hi I've not sailed on grandeur but I have sailed on both Indy and explorer and have never been "gluten poisoned"
Speak to your head waiter and I'm sure you will be fine.

As others have said she does have them but not in all cabins. We have always had balcony cabins it in June last year we changed our one balcony cabin for two connecting inside promenade view cabins (long story). The result was we didn't feel as claustrophobic as we thought we would but we did conclude that it was about as inside as we could go.

Following along. Craving everything oasis class in preparation of our Harmony cruise. Looking forward to it so much, starting to get a bit impatient lol.

We embark the independence of the seas 30th July from Southampton on a 14 night western med cruise, just wondering if embark time is 4.30pm what time should we arrive at port and what time will we set sail?
We have 2 days at Palma de Mallorca the guys are planning a round of golf, can anyone recommend a golf course and a day spa for the girls for a bit of pampering? We arrive at 8am what time will we likely be on shore?
Many Thanks
You can embark in Southampton from as early as 11am. Nearer the time you should be given an estimated boarding time.
As for Majorca are you sure you are there 2 days.
I ask because we visited Palma on Explorer last summer. It was billed in the brochure as a 2 day stay but on looking closely at the times we docked at 1300 on day one and left at 0100 on day two. So the second day was actually a sea day. It caught a lot of people out who didn't read the times properly so I thought I'd just highlight that for you to double check.
If you arrive at 8am you could be off Indy by 0830 it all depends on if the port is ready and docking goes smoothly.
There is a taxi rank right outside and a huge billboard which gives the taxi fares so you know what the cost is before you set out.

The pandas look cute. Also lovely to see the fab Joff I guess his wife is also on board?
Thanks for sharing can't wait to read more.

I'm looking forward to everything having never been on an Oasis class before.
I just wish the Southampton dates had been released right at the start before we had booked for Barcelona.
would have loved to have also done the repo from Southampton to Barca in May but there's been no 3 sharing cabins available for ages.
so we have to wait until October.
I too may well cry with excitement when I see her!

2017
in Cunard Line
Try looking on TA websites. The complete 2017 schedule went up yesterday on some.Yes, 1st July cruise takes in Halifax and Boston.
Thank you I've managed to find a lot more info on a u.k ta site. There is a big gap in June for QM2 nothing listed between 7th June and 1st July?

2017
in Cunard Line
The Cunard.com site now has the 2017 schedule , including the CA/NEFall sailings (same CA/NE ports as 2016)
No rates besides the "from" price and not bookable yet .
Is there any way you could post details of these? If I try to get on to .com I'm automatically redirected to .co.uk
I've pre registered interest with my t.a for the 21st July 17 round trip crossing from Southampton. But I'd be interested in knowing if qm2 is doing a beginning of July one that takes in Boston like she normally does. But there is no info on that here in the U.K yet. Just big gaps in her schedule.

After the advice I'd picked up on these boards, I had the royal replenish on our explorer cruise last summer. It was the first time we'd bought drinks packages. We really enjoyed it and made the most of it. In 40 degree heat in the med the frozen virgin cocktails were lush!
I started my day with the o.j, picked up a few bottles of water over the course of the day to save for the gym and ports of call, 2 or 3 drinks during the day, 2 with dinner and maybe one afterwards. Finished off with a Starbucks hot chocolate for our late night stroll and back to the cabin.
It was definitely worth the cost and I would have it again.

That's lovely for you. I'm interested in the 3 nighter now it's been announced. But there is nothing showing on royal caribbean' s website. Not the U.K Version anyway.
I wanted to take a peep before contacting my t.a

Hi Mark
In June last year we sailed on Explorer from Southampton. Two weeks before departure RCI offered myself an my husband an upgrade from our promenade view cabin to a balcony cabin. Our daughters who where in the adjoining promenade cabin where not offered an upgrade.
I rang RCI to see if I could pay for the girls balcony upgrade at the current price, as I could see there were inter connecting balcony cabins available. I was told no, they would have to cancel and rebook. Two week before departure that was 100% canx charges. The cost of the upgrade would have been £700.
We choose not to upgrade as we did not want to be 14 cabins away from our kids in case it meant a different muster point and therefore a different lifeboat in an emergency. At the time I thought RCI was very short sighted as they missed out on £700!!
As it turns out the balcony cabin would have been in the same muster as I went and found it and asked the cabin steward.
Some times common sense to us means no sense at all to them.

When we were on Explorer in July we booked for Harmony this October. We received 30% discount off our Harmony balcony cost. We also received $100 obc on our Explorer cruise and $100 obc added to our Harmony cruise.
The explorer $100 showed on our on board account the same day and our invoice shows our $100 for Harmony.
So we had no issues. Good luck getting it sorted.
P.S I too kept the flyer just in case.
