Does anyone know how long Chris the flying Scotsman, will be with the Dream?

I currently have 25,000 points on my Barclay card. This morning I put a deposit down on a new cruise using some gift cards I had.

I'd like to use the 25,000 points towards payment on this cruise but not sure how to do this. Can anyone help me understand the best way to use these 25,000 points towards paying for this cruise?

Oh My Goodness!! This is my first time coming across one of your reviews, and I LOVE it!! I can't wait to read more!! It's like a great book that you just can't put down.

We sailed on the Dream in an interior Spa cabin a year ago. The perks of unlimited access to the thermal pool, etc.. was quite nice but I should let you know that the room we had was directly under the weight machines in the gym. We heard banging of the weight machines ALL night!! We found out that even though the gym closes at around 10 or 11 for guests, that then the employees can use it. Our room was 11224, just as a heads up. We love the Dream and always have a great time, so we have sailed on her since then but we just chose a different room.

You can also try posting on your roll call. Maybe some others are bringing their kids around the same age. Maybe they'll meet at the Meet & Greet.

I just went on both Allstate and Verizon to purchase the E-Gift cards that is shown available, however, when I proceed to checkout, it only offers me regular mail delivery. Anyone ever see where the E-gift option actually sells out? I want the E-gift cards since we sail in less than 2 weeks. I don't want to chance it not getting here in time.

Does anyone know where the E-Gift cards are available? After a 3 day, a couple of 5 days, a couple of 7's, and then a 4 day, I can honestly say: the longer, the better!!

The easiest way is to sign up and earn points for the Allstate cards. Can earn about 17,000 points easily within a week via 10,000 for the app tracking, 5,000 for signing up and 2,000 in promo codes. They always have ecards available for redemption and you save on shipping charges. They come in 50 and 100 denominations.

I'm looking at room 6474 On the Dream. It has a stateroom above it but underneath is deck 5 Encore Lounge. Has anyone stayed in this room before? Did you notice a lot of noise at night? Thanks for any insight! ~cruisingal

When is the latest date to make a name change in a 4 person stateroom? One of my daughter's friends is coming on a cruise with us but if by some chance she decides not to go at the last minute, can we make a name change and take someone else? Would this be possible even up to the day before we sail? Thanks!

We had a spa cabin on the Dream a few cruises back and we enjoyed the thelasso pool, steam rooms, etc, tremendously! It was never crowded and very quiet. Super relaxing!!

How does the Barclay Carnival credit card work with foreign charges? Has anyone had to notify them prior to sailing?

Can anyone who has a Barclay card tell me if I purchased gift cards through AARP rewards for good using my Barclay card for payment, would I receive 2x points on my Barclay card?
