On my last cruise 4 of us were tested at two different Walgreens using Rapid NAAT. My wife's came back in about an hour. Mine took 4 hours from the same location. My brother and his wife took 24 hours from a different store. They called the Walgreens store after about 4 hours and were told they were negative but it would be the next day before they would get the paper work. It did come the next day.

Thank you for this. I'm hopeful they will show up tomorrow!

  2. Has anyone seen any confirmations on whether or not the Chef's table and Cucina are resuming normal operation in July? I know they announced it was shutting down through at least June back in May but I have yet to see any confirmations. I can book both of them for my July 2nd cruise but I'm leary to book it without knowing it's for sure going to be back

  3. My wife and I have done the Chef's table on the Carnival Sunshine and the Carnival Magic. Both of these were pre-covid. We loved the full experience of going into the galley watching the demonstrations, and of course eating the multi-course meal. I believe we paid $70 per person for both of these back in the day. I noticed the prices for the Chef's Table are now $99 per person and because of Covid they have completely removed the galley tour. I'm struggling to justify the higher prices for half the experience. Can anyone that has attended the chef's table post-covid chime in? Is it still worth it?

  4. According to the deck plans you have cabins under you and around you. Above you is the flamingo restaurant which shouldn't bother you outside of dinner hours. With the exception of dinner and potential noisy neighbors this should be a quiet location.

The lower you go on the ship the closer you are to the ships operations. It's typical to hear some noise on deck 2 of the magic.

To those who say no, I would encourage you to check out the Havana rooms on the vista ships as mentioned above.

Minus the free drinks, it's pretty close to the experience..

There are no free drinks in the haven...... I stayed in a haven suite in 2016 and you still had to get the drink package.
