Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Agree. Will not travel without the air tags.
  2. wish they would go back to having more cruises longer than 3, 4,, 5 or 6 nights. For us, we would like to see more offerings of the “deep south” or better Hawaii cruises
  3. My suggestion is if you haven’t done so, do a bit of research on the ports offered and see which appeal. (There is a lot to see in Istanbul and we would go back.)
  4. Thank you for your review and your honesty. Covid is not gone but businesses want to call it anything but Covid. 💰💰💰. i do hope you dont have s severe case and feeling better.
  5. wonder where those 50 documented incidents happened. the loungers on decks around pool and track, are jammed together. suspicious. We ve never seen or heard of anyone hurt by a lounger on any of our cruises. Another cookie gate
  6. Thank you for taking the time to post. The “side by side” comparisons are things we ve wanted to know Since loungers are being removed from Celebrity balconies, may I ask what they have on MSC. We like spending time and relaxing on our balcony Thank you
  7. i am not sure why you are challenging what I relayed as an explanation. If you go back further another poster explained not allowed in NA a Border/customs things. Do know a few ports in Europe have this feature. NOT Florida. I think you are being word nit picking. the person asked I believe about Florida. not Europe
  8. please reread what I said. Not available in Fort Lauderdale. A big NO.
  9. Know that. Believe the question was posted about a FLL debarkation which is why I posted as of the last week March 2024, even being in Retreat, answer was NO. Not done in N A. Only in a few ports in EU pretty much.
  10. the issue has multiple factors. . Are you international or domestic? The ship may dock at 7 am That does not mean passengers will be allowed off at that time! If you are international, time needed for clearances. FLL states will not accept baggage later than 2 hrs before flight departure, even domestic You might get lucky. There was a traffic issue on highway which slowed us down considerably. IMO. Forget any stress. Book another flight
  11. Yes. But the lineup was huge. They closed it for awhile. There were 3 cruise ships that arrived so lots of travellers
  12. yes. The lineup was incredible though and they closed it for awhile There were 3 other cruise ships that arrived that morning that I saw. …. lots of people travelling
  13. We asked about extend your stay on the Ascent last week of March, in Fort Lauderdale . Even being a Retreat guest, the answer was No. We were told they stopped offering this FYI. If you are out of FLL international and a late departure, the airport is not pleasant to hang around. No restaurants and few seats They will not accept luggage any earlier than 3 hrs before flight time and no later than 2 hrs There are a few hotels apparently that offer a day package. Perhaps someone else can answer
  14. Lois thanks for taking the time to post. Hope you feel better fast. And I find the ships cool to cold.
  15. What I was speaking about is not purging points! Rather if one sails on Silversea or RCL, you should earn points. By allowing point accumulation across their 3 lines, just might entice people to stay within the brand. ie not go to Oceania, Regent etc
