    Is it easy to get a taxi from an airport hotel to pier 91? I prefer taxis to Uber/Lyft. My first choice would be to stay at a downtown hotel, but they are awfully expensive.

    I tried it in the cruise planner. When I tried to reserve my time dining it said that each of us were “not a Flex Time dining guest”. We were on a wait list for traditional dining. Could it be that we have been moved to TD? Is there any other way to confirm that?

    Thank you. I did try that and it won’t let me select anyone. I took a closer look and it says “Not a flex dining guest”. Maybe we’ve already been moved to early dining?

    Where can I reserve a time for my time dining? Our cruise is in August. Can we reserve a time this soon? We are on a waitlist for early dining. Will reserving a time affect that?

    My main question is how do you check in with only a birth certificate? The check in process doesn’t have that as an option. It seems to require either a passport or a birth certificate with some additional ID. Can you just leave it blank?

    I’m working on checking in our family and it looks like all of the document choices that include a birth certificate also require some kind of ID card. I have a 9 year old who doesn’t have an ID card. Does he need to have one in addition to the birth certificate?

    The cruise planner does not say that the activity is sold out, but when I try to reserve the activity and select a name, it doesn’t add the name to the “cart”. Is it actually sold out, or is this a glitch in the software?

    We’re cruising with another family and one of them is in our booking because we are sharing a cabin. Can she board with the rest of her family even though their booking numbers are different? Or does she have to board with us?

    We’re trying to figure out if we should take this excursion. What time does the shuttle arrive at MCO at the end of the excursion? We’re planning to take it, or another shuttle from Port Canaveral to MCO, then catch a taxi or Uber to a hotel in Orlando.
