    Am I expecting too much of my TA, to check it out within a day or so?

    I think prices have gone down on a cruise I have booked and asked my TA to check it out. I haven’t heard back for over a day. Should I call RCI directly, or do I have to work with the TA?

    Are diamond drink vouchers usable during a land tour in Alaska, or are they only good on the ship?

    I believe our TA linked our bookings, but don’t know how to verify it in cruise planner or the RCL app.

    We are booked on a cruise with two families in different cabins, so we have different booking numbers. I know we can link the bookings, but how do we combine everyone to a single table in the MDR? Do we have to wait until we are on board and see someone in the dining room about it? Thanks.

    I thought I had lost my license once. It turned out I had stuck it in the wrong spot in my wallet - under the regular place, so it was hidden.

    Our flight out isn’t until 4pm. I don’t want to rent a car, so we’ll have a few hours at the airport. Can you check in and go through TSA 5-6 hours before your flight? I’m guessing there isn’t much to do or anyplace to eat before you go through TSA.

    … how do you find out about it? Do you need to go onto the RCL website and go through the booking process until you get to the cabin prices? Is there a better way to find out? How often do you recommend doing that after you’ve booked a cruise?

    We have a voucher for a transfer from the pier to the airport on debarkation day. The voucher says it can be upgraded to a departure day excursion. How do you do that? I called RCCL and they said to contact my TA to handle it. I called the TA and they said the voucher should automatically be applied when I book the excursion online. Does anyone know if that is true?

    Great information! Thanks! The description says the tour is 1 hr 30 minutes. Is that if you don’t hop off at all? How often do the buses run?

    So, do you hop on and off the tour bus? Do you get back on the same bus each time?

    Since you switch from a tour bus to the transfer bus to the airport at Bayside Market, where do they store your luggage? Also, I want to make sure I catch the right transfer bus at Bayside Market, is it obvious where the buses will be? how can I be sure it won’t fill up before I get to it? Yes, I am a worry wart… Thanks in advance.

    We have a transfer to the airport already paid for. On the transfer slip it says it can be upgraded to a shore excursion departure tour. Is there any way to do this in Cruise Planner, or can this only be done on the ship?

    How do they prevent you from streaming, etc. if you just get VOOM Surf? Is it just a difference in bandwidth? It doesn’t seem like they can prevent you from trying to stream, FaceTime, etc., but a lower bandwidth could make it impractical.

    We won’t have any bags to check. Will we be able to go through security that early?

    If we get to MIA by 10am or so, will we be able to check in and go through security right away if our flight isn’t until 4 pm? I don’t mind spending some time at the airport with restaurant options, etc., but I don’t think those are available until you’ve gone through security, is that right?

    I am fully checked in, but during the process I skipped scanning our passports. Now, I don’t see any way to do that. Is that going to be a problem?

    On the departure date you should be able to use the “Port Miami Official” app. Tap on “Cruise Schedule” and it will show you what ships are in port including which terminal they are at.

    I’m going to be on the Explorer in a few weeks. So far it sounds like it could be either way.

    Do you need to book entertainment in advance on all classes of ships, or just certain ones?

    If I’m taking a cab or Uber from a hotel to the Ship, do I need to know which terminal the ship is at to let the driver know? If so, how can I find out which terminal it is? I believe RCCL ships might be at A or G. Do I just need to let them know the name of the ship? Thanks.
