It’s a beautiful day here today so I will go for a big walk, there are very few people here as it is more of a summer holiday destination which is nice and quiet.
We leave tomorrow to return to the hospital for treatment two of three, then the dreaded next treatment will begin.
I received my Amazon gift card so It wasn’t a scam , the questions seemed relevant to cruising and I would like to think I would see a scam but they seem to be very clever these days.
I love reading recommendations for Italy ,hopefully we will cruise next year and add Italy on.
Enjoy the heat ,we are looking forward to Summer here .

We are away at our home by a lake at the moment relaxing , I am anyway , resting after my first radiation .My husband is doing jobs eg painting.
Its very cold and although Spring there was snow in the distant mountain this morning .
Ive just been for a big walk in my Lululemon yet again .
I do like the little linen dress on this post and Im only 5.3 so it could be good . -

Thanks for the welcome Sherri, mr toberlone was my mini schnauzer who died a few years ago 😞 they are such great dogs.
Im wearing Lululemon again today as meeting my sister in law for a walk after a blood test .
My clothes choice is very casual while I am mostly home and not able to return to work at present .
Never been a housewife in over 30 years of marriage.
My husband is in LA at the moment so I ordered a new hoodie from the Gap to bring back for me as we don't have that brand here, he said its very hot there at the moment.
Ive been invited to do a survey with a cruise line tomorrow via zoom ,will be interesting .
Time to get into my Lululemon!

Hi Im just going to jump in and say hi,
I love cruising and have done 6 ocean and 1 river cruise .
We did our last cruise in May from LA to Vancouver which was great.
I came home and discovered I was unwell ,so to occupy myself after an operation and bedridden
I started reading cruise critic and this entire post, which kept my mind off being unwell and I was unable to concentrateon a book. Its so nice that you supported each other through covid ,mainly on outfits and now on travel as we are able to .
I am on the road to recovery now and off for a walk in my gym gear ,Lululemon.
I do hope Debbie is ok as she doesn't seem to post anymore.
Have a great cruise Lois ,we meet you on a silvers cruise many years ago.

I have been enjoying your posts as would love to be cruising the Med again and I enjoy reading other travellers cruise reports .We recently returned from Vancouver after completing our cruise on the Odyssey from Los Angeles.
We traveled from New Zealand and decided to leave Europe until next year due to time limitations . We have not yet had covid and like you were very careful and managed to avoid it , although I think I became a little obsessive !
I hope you are out of your cabin soon and enjoy the rest of the cruise , I admire your positive attitude !

For everyones info, we finished the cruise .
The testing was performed next door to the cruise terminal and very easy,5 mins walk max.
Our appt was at 9.50 and we arrived early with our suitcases ,there were no queues .
We got our tests straight away ,walked up to the Hyatt for a day room ,dropped our bags and went shopping!
Our results came through by email with 30 mins and we flew back to NZ that night 🙂
-
Thanks for the info pattycruisealot .I have just booked our RATS test as we fly back to NZ on the day

We are in the same position as Jill over here in Auckland New Zealand, what was supposed to be short and sharp has gone on for weeks in lockdown ,its so hard on business owners and mental health, thankfully the rest of the country is operating mostly as normal.
Ive been enjoying reading all the posts on the Siversea forum including the Water Cooler and various trip reports to remind me of the wonderful cruises we have experienced on Silversea and hopefully will again .
I met Lois a few years ago on a cruise, think it was the last Spirit cruise before it was extended. Im sure we will have this sorted by the time your cruise is expected to start.

That venison looks wonderful .

Have fun Terry, youve come at the best time of year. The Coromandel is a great spot to explore.
We have just had a couple from Arizona for dinner here in Auckland who we meet on a Silversea cruise two and a half years ago.Besberry, sorry you find it boring here ,I suppose you just have to know where to go and what to do.

Hi everyone,
I am just off to work at a home store .I am working this weekend to help out as I have not been to work after my surgery but am feeling a lot better. It was great to be back yesterday for 5 hours, my radiation went well ,just a little tired.
My Amazon voucher is sitting there waiting to be spent,I see they have Sweaty Betty .
It sounds like you're all bust with renovations, travelling ,getting boosters and watching Ironman!
I have a dress on today and makeup!
My dress is from my favourite New Zealand designer Juliette Hogan
