Arcadia Madeira and the Canaries, was our first cruise. It was excellent. But most of all we are still friends to this day, with the couples we met on the ship.

Cant see it happening, but keeping fingers crossed.

Balance needs paying in August, I expect P and O will still want their payment. I am half expecting, we won't see a refund only vouchers.

Hopefully and been positive, we will be on the Arcadia on November 6th 2020 Med Cruise. Then in January 2021 Azura for the Caribbean. 

Everyone  have a good and safe weekend

28 Days for us, before we go to the Fjords.

We book inside cabins because we like it to be dark.

Clock: We take a battery operated, or have the I Pad on.

Night Light: I take to put in the bathroom, in case we get up in the night

TV: So we can see the bridge, and the information they are sailing etc.

Plus what you save, it's an extra weeks holiday. :)

I had the same issue, rang the free number at 8:30am and got through ok.

If you have booked interdependently, ring your travel agent they seem to get through a lot quicker.

Friends just on the Arcadia now, and they had to do that.

P and O customer services are terrible.

Hello Everyone

My husband and I are taking our first cruise in November, with P and O on the Arcadia to the Canaries, worried about some of the reviews I have read.

Also having a inside cabin on C Block, which I can't find much information about inside cabins, hopefully we are doing the right thing.

I booked with P and O, and they said "Freedom Dining would be the best way to go" do you think they are right.

Photos: Do they seem to be taken photo's all the time, or can you say no thank you not today.
