Onto the Meal.  The steakhouse had good vibe to it and the service was as to be expected.  The starters and mains were 100 but the sides left a little to be desired.  No biggie as we were stuffed from the other food anyway. 

So you saw the Cookie The Size Of Your Head back in Key West.  I would like to introduce you to the Wine Glass As Big As Your Face!

Back to the food!

Yes it was 100% as good as it looks!

Mama and I hit the comedy show and then headed topside for our dinner reservation.  The comedian was just so-so.  We ended up leaving part way through the show.

It always amazes me how hard the wind blows when we are out at sea.

The little one read in the daily planner that they were having a Survivor Challenge in the Kids Club and she wanted in.  Mama and I had dinner reservations at the Steak House later in the evening so I took her to get some sushi before dropping her off on Survivor Island.

Next it was time to pay the piper.  The girls were not letting me off this ship without getting their shopping in.

It always easy to smile while swiping the card when you don't have to worry about the bill!

Can we please leave here and get to the shop I wanna go to???

Not feeling defeated I gathered the ladies and we had "Family Origami" in one of the lounges. We made the dragons (much better this go around) and other items I learned over the years.

Up next was origami.  I thought it was going to be a demonstration but low and behold it was interactive.

Let's just say I did not fare too well.

Afterwards we went topside to check out the pool deck.  It was standing room only and they were doing the sexy man contest when we got there.

We then made our way to the room for some down time.

As I mentioned we went back to Seven Seas for lunch.  At this point in our cruising careers we prefer table service over buffets.

After reviewing the activities we settled in on WII Open Play

In all practical terms this could have been a "Hot-Mess".  The activity was unsupervised and they only had 1 console/2 controllers.  Fortunately, everyone there had good common sense and knew how to share/rotate play.  She won her tennis match and we loss bowling by 1 point.  It was more fun than I thought it would be.  Afterwards we rounded up Mama and headed to the MDR for lunch.

After the walk Mama went to her usual hang out while the little one and I got into some of the ship activities.

These guys were having more fun that me :-).  

But seriously the walk was nice.  We stay pretty active on the ships so walking around is no big deal.  I am always surprised by the number of steps we take in a day not even thinking about it.

After breakfast, mama wanted to take a scroll around the ship to burn off some calories.  We took a vote to overturn her decision; however, she invoked executive powers and made us walk with her.

So we walked around the deck 3.5 times to make it a full mile. The water was nice and blue with a mild chop.

Today the girls wanted to eat in the MDR so I went back to the room and got them up.  To my surprise I did not get tooooooo much kick back for waking them up so early.  Guess they did not want to miss out like yesterday.

Loving this dress code thing.  This should spread to other lines.

I start my day same as the rest.  Up early headed to the open decks waiting to catch that once in a lifetime sunrise. 

I may look it but I am not tired lol!

Hello from the middle of nowhere!

As you can see from the clock we have been sailing for almost a half of day and really haven't made any headway.  These short circuit Bahama cruises are very slow going.

Same here.  I would like to be able to enjoy a few days without feeling rushed for time.

At this point I am noticing a theme.  We are not doing much in the evenings around the boat.  We typically catch the shows and party hop a little.  Not so much this trip.  We were actually enjoying doing nothing.  Guess we have officially made it to professional cruise level.  No need to go overboard with activities.  Do what you want when you want and nothing more.

This sums up Key West.  The next installment will be from the "Florida Straight" -  See Ya There.

I went back up to deck 6 to watch sail away and then we turned in for the evening.

All in all it was a good day in Key West.  I am Lo-Key glad Mama pushed the pause button on parasailing.  That would have been epic, but this gave us the entire evening to leisurely prance around exploring the down town area.
