I wouldn't be too concerned about "Spring Breakers". We've been on lots of cruises, from March through April. A long seven day trip seems to cut down on the "dreaded rowdy college crowds".
Enjoy! -
I can't seem to sign in to the RCL site this weekend.
Any others? -
Thanks for the replies!

Are the mini fridges in the cabins stocked, or not?
-
The only time I booked the BTFT was when I had FTTF. There were no lines at the excusion desk, yet there were only three spots left for the second tour.
So, I suggest you make a bee line to the excursion desk to sign up. (And YES, it was worth it!)

I've done the cabanas twice, in the past. How much do they cost now?

Last April, on the Dream, I ran into problems with scheduling for Trivia and such at the wrong time. Also, the Dinner menus were missing the entre page every day.
So, keep that paper copy of the Fun Times handy!

I miss the full silverware settings in the dining room instead of just a knife and fork.

Very funny! Didn't know how much I missed the pen and tiny pad until I needed them! (btw -the gift we got in March were the Tervis tumblers)
We received the Tervis tumblers last week on the Dream.....

I carry my meds in a 7 day (AM,PM) pill box, plus printed sheets with their names, etc. I have never had a problem boarding airplanes or cruise ships this way.

I just got off the Dream Sunday, and YTD was at the Crimson dining room, deck 3 mid ship (lower level).
I hope this helps......

I just got off the Dream Sunday, and our aft balcony cabin did not have the extra USB ports in the lamps or anywhere else. (As I mentioned earlier, I was prepared for this 🧐)

Sailing out of NOLA and wondering how long I might have U.S. cell service . (Going and then coming back).
Thanks in advance!

Fine tip Sharpies work just fine.......

Aside from our first two Caribbean cruises, we have always had either an aft, Vista Suite, or aft wrap.
Can you tell that we might like them?😺

My DW has a good analogy for the "over scented" situation, which I can believe; As one ages, their olfactory senses diminish, causing them to apply a an amount of fragrance to the point that only they can smell personally, not taking into account of those around them. . This is a kind way of saying, "My God! that person makes my eyes water!"
So it goes, and we can deal with it, eh?

What you could do is if you don't have a lamp with USB ports, break your lamp.
Not to worry. I pack my power strip with USB ports. (And yes, with no surge protectors!)
(How else would I power my coffee maker, clothes steamer, and game consoles?)🧐
KIDDING!

Sorry, title should be "ports".

Last cruise, the lamps were replaced with ones having USB charging ports. Does the Dream have these now?

We used to fly the same day.....until this happened;
We were to fly, non stop, from MSP to MIA, flight leaving at 9:00AM, arrive 1:30 PM. The flight was delayed because of a mechanical issue, delaying us two hours. We boarded the ship, got to our cabin just in time for Muster Drill. (Mind you, nowadays we wouldn't be allowed to board the ship at that hour.)
So, never again. Yes, there is extra expense of an extra night's stay before the flight, but the peace of mind is well worth it.

Nice try! That's a CCL ship parked behind this one!
I forgot to insert a smiley face on my comment. Sorry to sound snarky.

You show up at the assigned time. Showing up more than 15 minutes later is considered rude.
I second that!
It used to be, if you showed up too late, the MDR doors would be closed.
The servers have a tough time as it is, and constantly tardy guests mess it up for other diners in their stations.

Another thought is to plan a day ahead with the clothes you wear to dinner. We hang our dinner clothes in the bathroom while taking a shower the day before, then hang them in the closet for the next day. It's not perfect, but it helps.
And don't forget the Downy Wrinkle Release!
Early cabin access?
in Carnival Cruise Lines
Posted
Last cruise, (April), no one was allowed "early access" to their cabins, even if you are Platinum, FTF, or in a suite.
Is this now common practice?
