I tried going on the Carnival site this morning to fact check but it isn't working right. If I remember correctly the Triumph Class (Triumph and Victory) only have one serving line in the Lido Buffet. They added the second one for the Conquest Class. Other than decor, they pretty much all are laid out the same in the inside. The Serenity decks may be different on different ships. They are always crowded so we don't even bother trying to go in there.

There is no serenity deck on the Triumph. -- Just FYI for OP.

I am a light sleeper and I hated being close to the elevators.

Does anyone have these? My son is interested and we cruise in March. Google didn't give me much luck.

I'll be on the Triumph in 34 days. I am super excited. I guess my biggest tip to a new cruiser would be to remember a power strip with usb for charging devices that doesn't have a surge protector. And a battery powered night light.

I really like both ships. I would with my kids pick Key West and Cozumel though.

Last email upsell I got was for the Victory and it was 10$ to move from a Deck 7 balcony to a Lido deck balcony. We took the upsell.

This almost happened to me last week. I saw the cabin I booked back in inventory because someone other than my pvp did my price reductions. I immediately called my pvp and got my cabin I booked back and kept my obc.

If you plan to use your credit card make sure you contact your banks and let them know you plan to travel out of the country. Otherwise your card may be shut off.

Now this post has me questioning a 12:30 pm flight.

Is this correct? Seems like we have in the past purchased several 12-packs pre-cruise and they were delivered to our cabin without charge. Has this changed?

Nope. I have always paid for my water that is delivered to the room even with the Cheers package.

Personally, I prefer a balcony. I just like it. The last 4 cruises have been balcony and I really enjoy being able to just go out there and sit. I have never done an interior so I don't have it to compare to.

I think it is fine for boys or men for that matter to wear shorts with a collared shirt in the dining room. As long as they look nice and aren't in gym apparel.

My advise would be to go on the Regal Princess. Book through a travel agent and you will get onboard credit. Princess also will give you onboard credit if you served in the military. With this onboard credit the price is a lot closer than you think. If both of you do not want the drink package, Princess allows just one person in the cabin to purchase it, Carnival does not. I have been on a lot of Carnival Cruises and IMHO if you want a relaxing, quiet cruise, Carnival would not be my choice.

Wow. I have been on many Carnival Cruises and have been very relaxed every time. I guess it just depends on what your idea of relaxed is.

I read online that my cruise was organizing a slot pull. I was wondering if this is just something fun to do? Is it a waste of time? Has anyone ever won any money? Tell me have you ever been in a slot pull and what was your experience like? Thanks

I order a bottle of water with every drink and if I don't drink it I take it back to my room for later. Some will say you have to wait the 5 minutes but once I tip them extra a couple times they just bring me the water.

I went ahead and booked a 12:25 flight out of NOLA for March 26th. I will be sure to let you know if we make it. Fingers crossed.

Love the Liberty. Be sure to search out the BBQ place. It's really good and it's kinda a hidden gem......

Most cocktails are 8.50 and up. I think beers are like 7 bucks but you get a 16 oz aluminium bottle. I always get the package because I drink about 5 drinks a day and several bottles of water as well as some soda and specialty coffee.

Last several cruises there was already a hole in the cards.

Now they won't let the people into the building till their boarding times so it has gotten better.
