I can't remember how or if I answered the question about date of last covid vax. Is it the date of the 2nd initial dose (moderna or pfizer) or booster?
-
Got off a cruise last week and actually asked the head waiter how I should answer that question. I've always thought "no", but had a little concern that maybe the crew was instructed to ask. The head waiter said to answer NO.

Anyone know why Bonaire is being replaced?

This really scares me. We'll book tomorrow for next friday. Walgreens is the only place within 70+ miles from home that tests (other than urgent cares $$$). Our plan was to book 3 different Walgreens locations in route to Galveston. If Walgreens (as a whole company) cancels everything we're going to be in a bind.

Do you say you need it for travel? What states allow/do this?

You can go to RCCL website, sign in and view your upcoming cruises and it's also where you "plan your cruise" with excursions, packages, etc. In your cruise planner you can view your balance if you have one. If you do not have a balance owed you will not be able to click the link to view your payments any longer.
Thank you

If the OBC is a perk of booking and then they have a new "sale" with a price drop, the new "sale" may not have OBC. If you re-price you will lose the OBC. We had $50 OBC and re-priced. The new price was $250 lower so didn't complain about losing $50.

Where do you go online to see balance. I have an invoice with a $0 balance, but would like to see it online. Since it's not highlighted on the cruise planner page I can't access it.

Just returned Monday from Adventure in 9690. It was our first time in the corner, aft balcony. First, there is no cover at all. There is a steel brace that one could bump one’s head on if tall enough. Second, it seems a little smaller but full disclosure we never book balconies and only booked this one because it was cheap and we got it during double points. Third, when we left Cozumel it was pouring rain and we had 25-30 MPH head winds. It was a very rough ride until about 4AM when things calmed down. We’ve been in back and front cabins on several cruises and it’s very much different than the middle of the ship. If you’re sensitive to movement you should pass. The room itself was fine. The beds suck, at least to us, but we take blow up cushions no matter the room or even cruise line. The room steward, Alex, was very attentive and the cabin was always clean and neat when we returned.
Thank you!!

Book for 3 and cancel 3rd passenger just before final payment.
I’ve thought about that but am afraid they would switch our cabin at the last minute.

Thanks for the picture. We’re wanting the shade so this doesn’t look like a good option. Is that a correct assessment?

if booking for 3, look for corners on deck 7 or 10 for shade............I thought decks 8 and 9 are pretty much the same.
Yeah, love 7 and 10. Hated when they changed the occupancy booking policy.

Looking at 9690/9390 or 9692/9392. The 90’s are corner afts with a door (instead of slider) and porthole. The balcony seems smaller (think it has table, 2chairs and only 1 lounger) and I can’t figure out how covered it is. Love the corners but concerned about balcony size and lack of shade. How do the balcony size, furniture and shade compare with the 92’s?

I have a pair of dressier sandals with a small heel but has the thingy (sure it has a name, but don't know what 🙂 ) between the toes like a flip flop. The footbed is soooo slippery I'm afraid to wear them. Any suggestion out there?

Is there an adult only area or an area similar to the solarium (like on Royal Caribbean or Celebrity) on the Dream?

Can someone compare SF and Paradise? One of the things we like about Paradise are the loungers under the trees. Only pictures I’ve seen of SF show loungers and umbrellas.

Who says the vax/unvax areas are going away?
Guess I may have asked too soon. I just ASSUMED that since masks were not going to be required there would be no need for the different areas. Was just a question that popped into my head. Have to wait and see how this all play out.

If ships aren’t going to have ‘vaccinated’ and ‘non-vaccinated’ areas will the wrist bands be necessary?

Husband and I had appointments for 10:00 and 10:30. They didn't call him in until about 10:15, he was out in less than 5 minutes. He told them I was also there, but they said they'd call me when they were ready. I got called at almost 11:00. He got his results in about an hour, mine took almost 4 hours. I'd keep the walgreen's appointment just in case the CVS appointment get cancelled.

What are entrance costs? Can't seem to find anything on their website.

Did they have Massages on the Beach? How much$$ . Thanks!
There were ladies walking around offering massages. I THINK the prices were around $35 for half hour and $50 for an hour...don't quote me on that 🙂 .... just remember thinking the prices weren't bad.

Would we have any luck getting one on a Caribbean cruise from the US?
